Very punctual and professional

When your whole family is locked out of the house on a cold and rainy night, it's all about getting the problem solved fast. The repairman got here very quickly (within about an hour) and got to work. Once here it took about 40 minutes to get us into our house and then another 40 minutes or so to replace the front lock. I was disappointed that they only had a 1980's style shiny brass lock for our front door (the only reason for the "B" in quality), but we needed a lock for the night, so I had them install it anyways. I eventually went to the local hardware store and bought a lock that matched my door and replaced the replacement lock. I appreciated that they had and honored an Angie's list coupon. All-in-all it was a good experience and although I don't plan to get locked out again.

Fantastic service and repair

The technician was very professional and did a quick, thorough job of assessing and changing all locks. We had multiple sets of double locks and he gave us a discount. We purchased a deal...I can't remember how much we paid overall.

I bought the voucher to re-key two locks. I called the company to setup the appointment. They had an opening for the timeslot I wanted but when I told them that this is for an eviction and so I wanted the service person to be there at exactly 9 am, they wanted to charge me $50 extra since they only give 2 hours windows. Any professional company would try to accommodate customers needs and not try to charge them extra money. I wanted an appointment at 9 am and not at some late night hour. I am surprised that these guys have a rating of A. Angie's list should check with them for their lack of flexibility in accommodating customers requests.

It turned out great. They were communicative. They gave us a good window and stuck. They were courteous. They did it with no problem.

It took some time via Angie's List e-mail to work out the product details, but once we did and scheduled an appointment, everything went very smoothly. Use an Angie's List deal which saved me $40.

Provided good service and stuck to the estimate they gave me. The work was performed quickly and the installer made sure to clean up well afterwards. The only issue I had was that the work was originally scheduled for Monday July 20th. I arranged to take off work and be at the house from 12pm - 5pm. At 1:30pm we called Eastern Lock to confirm the time and ensure they were coming. Ends up the locksmith scheduled called in sick and did not tell the dispatcher to reschedule the work and notify us. Good thing we called otherwise we would have waited all day for nothing. This was a little frustrating. Eastern offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I forgot to mention this discount to the locksmith that ultimately performed the work. Hopefully once I call them and explain they will refund 10%. The work was rescheduled for 7/24 - they arrived at 9am as promised. I am pleased with the service and would use them again.

My experience with them worked out fine. He saved me some money, because what I thought I needed, I really didn't need. They came out in a reasonable amount of time after I purchased the Big Deal. I was happy to get the keys made because I didn't have to leave my house to get it done. He was very informative, gave me some pointers, saved me some money and met my needs. He went through the whole house and gave me pointers, which I thought was very good and complete. I was a happy camper.

I guess it worked out very well. They were very efficient. Took them less than 5 minutes to finish the job. They charge a fee just to come out.

Locksmith was very punctual, friendly, and informative throughout his time working. The work was done very quickly, including lock picking and key grinding. Despite our having a rather old, atypical deadbolt on our basement door, the locksmith had a replacement core. I highly recommend this company, and would gladly go through them again for any related work.

They failed to turn up at the arranged time as the scheduler had put the appointment on the wrong day. However, they agreed to come later that evening to do the work

Can on time did and outstanding job changing the locks for the doors and make new keys.

Arrived on time. Completed the work quickly. All locks and keys work flawlessly.

Our key was stuck in the front door. I called the locksmith and they arrived within an hour. They changed not only the lock on the front door, but all of our outside door locks. The locks replaced were the original builder grade cheap locks. Excellent Service.

I was under the impression that the deal I purchased would cover the cost of work. I was wrong. I paid $35.00 for $75.00 worth of service in addition to paying another $50+ to the locksmith the day of. I don't like being deceived about cost, especially when the lock was fixed and not completely replaced. I think the way the deal was written was deceiving (and the locksmith agreed) and therefore would not recommend using this locksmith.

I was not here but my Mother In Law was here for the service. Locksmith was professional, prompt, knowledgable, and even re-keyed our electronic keypad lock in the garage. Would use again, for sure.

They were great! Arrived on time, worked steadily, did a perfect job, and were reasonably priced. Def would recommend.

After they deducted the Angie's List amount that I paid, it was $135. The service was fine. The worker was fine. He was prompt. I've already used them three times.

I paid extra, because my job went over. Overall they did great job.
