The Eastern's representative arrived on-time and called in advance. He began working on the old deadbolt and had almost completed a rebuild of the deadbolt when we decided to proceed with installing a new deadbolt. Even though we changed our minds at the last minute, the Eastern's representative was professional and patient and installed the new deadbolt without complaining. During then new installation, he advised us of the possible installation issues and of the mess he would make, and once he was done he cleaned everything up. He also keyed the deadbolt to match existing locks. The deadbolt fits well and works well. Would highly recommend them to anyone, especially in cases where previous work needs to be corrected.

I arranged for an Angie's list deal for locksmith services. I was contacted promptly to arrange the date of service. They arrived within the 2-hour time window they gave for the appointment. The locksmith got right to work and finished the job as requested quite quickly. He was professional, finished the work and processed the credit card payment quickly.

Everything went very well and seemed reasonably priced. The doors are old and the fit is not great - not the locksmith's fault at all. My only complaint is that several months later I have noticed that it is extremely difficult to unlock the lower-patio door. May be attributable to the age/fit of the door in the frame but its difficult enough that I generally just go back in through the upper-patio door. Otherwise, very good service, very courteous, and reasonably priced.

Our deadbolt was very old and started acting up. Finally time for a change. I called on Friday to schedule an appointment, explained problem. Employee was very apologetic that he couldn't be someone out to our house on Monday, but scheduled us for Tuesday morning. Locksmith was very pleasant, arrived timely, had necessary hardware, and changed out lock very quickly and competently. I also asked him about a couple of other lock related matters and he was very informative. Totally satisfied.

It went well. Customer should note that the $35.00 price for $75.00 of service is the service call, not the work. In other words, the Angie's deal is merely a lower cost for the standard service call whether they do the work or not. Apart from that, the quality of the work was superior. However, it netted out to $175.00 for an hour onsite work.

He was able to come out the next day from me calling the company. He arrived within the two hour limit provided. All went well.

The locksmith arrived a little early, called me on his arrival and completed the work without question. And there were no additional costs.

I called this company about 11:00 on a Monday morning to have the locks on my doors changed. They showed up within an hour of my call! Not only was the locksmith who came out professional, he was extremely nice as well. Within a half hour he had changed all five locks and made me four keys. He also fixed the problems we were having with the deadbolts not closing or opening easily. He made then so easy to close, you hardly have to turn them. He reminded me how to keep our locks working(spray them with WD-40) and as a final reminder he had me place the new key on my keychain as I would have totally forgotten to do this and would have locked myself out. Will definately use them again.

I purchased the big deal and was very satisfied. I sent pictures of the front and back side of the door and received a timely response whether it qualified before I purchased the deal. At first, I thought about whether to replace the lock which would have been cheaper. However, I learned from Eastern that my lockset was professional grade that cost hundreds so re-keying was the better route. The locksmith came on time and fixed issues with the lock that I did not know existed. It took him about half an hour more than expected but he was professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Next time, he also advised to change the cylinders as it would be problematic and that is what took so long. Overall, very happy with their service from the first call, to email communication, to on-site service. I have other rental properties I manage, and I have used them to re-key the years when tenants turn-over and highly recommend them.
