The technician was excellent. He had to come back and match up the color of my door, but he did something temporarily. My wife was here, and I was here when he came back. He was a very nice technician, and he was knowledgeable. The guy came out, he didn't know it was a big deal, my wife was new to this, so she didn't tell him it was a big deal, and he charged me what he would charge regularly. I called them several times, and they are supposed to make the difference right, and they sent me $45, it didn't add up to the $75, so I wasn't happy about that. He said that they are in Virginia and he doesn't come out during rush hour. I would have liked to be here, but I wasn't here, because they couldn't come out. That is the first time I have had a company tell me that. The technician was good, but I didn't like the company. When I was trying to call and explain about the big deal and what I was charged, I had to call a few times, and it didn't sound like they were enthusiastic. They were borderline rude, and it didn't seem like the people in the office were friendly. The technician was professional, but I don't like the people in the office. I wasn't pleased with them.

They sent a locksmith right away, he took his time to see what was wrong with our door lock and was able to diagnose correctly and then fix the problem. Would use these guys again!

The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and well versed. While showing him what I envisioned I asked for his ideas. He made suggestions that I liked better, for the same price. These changes required a second visit (again, at no additional cost to me). I checked prices on the locks at a local home improvement store, and found his pricing to be very reasonable. The entire experience was great, and I'm very happy with the results. Although they show a Virginia address, the tech worked out of Charlotte.

It went pretty well. When they installed the lock, I don't think it was aligned quite properly but it still works. That was a minor thing. I am not sure if it was because of the door or the way they installed the lock.

Our existing front door lock was not working properly -- it was poor quality that came with the original build of the house. We called Eastern based on the reviews and they were on time, brought a better quality lock and installed it. Went very well.

From start to finish, the job was completed professionally and politely in less than 20 minutes. Thank you James! Respectfully, I hope to never need your service again, though if I do, I know who to call!

Excellent service. I've used Eastern Safe & Lock for my last three service calls dealing with door locks. They respond quickly, the service is excellent, their prices are very reasonable and their technicians are very professional. I've used other companies but none as good as Eastern. I have rental properties in the area and they are my go to company for all work related to locks.

I bought a "big deal" to re-key two locks for $85. I then had a third door I wanted to re-key but it was a different brand and I wanted to use the same key so he had to replace that lock entirely. He was professional and helpful and even gave me some advice on repairing a damaged storm door that wasn't closing properly.

I arrived at work to discover that my office door was closed and locked. No idea how that happened, since I never lock my door. After spending half a trying to get the property manager to do something, I finally called a locksmith. Eastern had someone in the area, so the job got done quickly. Jonathan was very professional and nice and most importantly got the door open without any damage to the door or lock.

I called the company ahead of time to get a cost estimate and inform them that I was removing a hardened deadbolt. They said it was expensive, but had experience doing it. Unfortunately, they sent a technician who didn't know what he was doing and called frequently to someone who did. He ended up damaging my steel door. I was so upset at the poor job he was doing that I paid him for work up until then and sent him home. Disappointed that this company did not send the right person for the job. Upset with myself that I let the technician do the work without insisting on a trained professional.

Mostly went very well. The only slight problem was with an inside door, where he stripped a bit of paint off the door near the new knob.

It was good. I had to pay some additional when he showed up because he said what I purchased was not part of it. I didn't understand that. Some part of it was covered and for additional things, I had to pay extra. I had already purchased the lock from Home Depot or Lowe's. He just replaced it. One technician came out. He was wearing professional uniform.

The locksmith arrived on time, was professional, and worked quickly. He seemed knowledgeable and wasn't trying to sell us extra services. Would use again.

Good, he was able to get the door open-which I had not been able to and referred me to the manufacturer for the underlying problem.

Provider very professional and courteous. Did job quickly. Only complaint is there is a ~$75 fee to come out which to me felt like about $25 too high rendering the coupon essentially moot (maybe that is the norm in the area so take this comment with a grain of salt)

They scheduled me the next day, called me ahead and arrived in their window. The service person was knowledgeable and changed the existing design to make it safer without prompting from me. Terrific service.

Not much to say ... showed up, I explained that I wanted 4 locks re-keyed and he did it. But I will say that he was very friendly and courteous. He made sure I was very satisfied before he left.

Re-keying was straightforward. My front door lock had been incorrectly installed, and he was able to quickly troubleshoot and fi as well.

They were fine. All they did was replace a handle on a door. The price was absolutely horrible. I don't know if I'll ever use them again. He did fine, it was the cost of the service. I supplied the hardware and he was here less than 15 minutes.
