"Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."

"Robert did an incredible job with a project that became much bigger and more complicated than it started. I needed my flooring replaced in one room and we found that the subfloor was disintegrated due to moisture leeching through the block foundation. Robert gave clear steps for remediation, and completed the entire job of demo, moisture remediation, adding a foundation vent, working with drainage systems, new flooring, painting ECT in about 4 days. He communicated well and showed up when he said he would and is very kind, willing to listen to your ideas and budgets ECT to advise on the available options."
