Mr. Singh was very responsive and kept me up to date with his progress. We spoke the evening of Sept 17th and he repaired our dishwasher the following morning. Very happy with this company. Would recommend them highly.

Great first time experience with US Appliances Services. Service man called immediately after I pushed the enter button on Home Advisor app. He came out the next day and diagnosed the problem with our fridge within 5 minutes. I needed to let frost build-up dissipate before he made repairs, so he came back when my schedule permitted (he could have came back the next day) to install the needed parts. Quick, knowledgeable, courteous. Will definitely keep them on speed-dial for future needs.

Mr. Singh called within 30 minutes of my request late Saturday afternoon and came out first thing on a Sunday morning at no extra charge, diagnosed the problem with my GE Monogram refrigerator immediately, fortunately it was the compressor control panel not the compressor. He picked up the new part first thing Monday morning and it was fixed. He is polite, knowledgeable and I would definitely call him again for appliance issues.
