Diagnosing the issue took some additional trips, but Mr. Singh was committed to getting the correct diagnosis and repairing our dishwasher.

Of course the timing of our refrigerator/freezer breakdown was right in the middle of a holiday weekend! But I called US Appliances and received an immediate call back. Mr. Singh, the owner of the company, called me directly, was available to come to explore the issue, and arrived to our home within an hour or two tops. He invited us to watch him work, explained everything he was looking at and doing, and offered quotes for each possible fix. Because we ended up having to unload and defrost the appliance before more work could be performed, Mr. Singh arranged to return the following morning, which he did with all necessary parts in hand. He was exceedingly polite and informative. We appreciated he had all needed parts available and with him. And we would certainly recommend him (and call him if we ever have more appliance issues).

We have been living from coolers for almost two weeks because an insurer couldn't get someone to fix our Samsung refrigerator/freezer. I called Samsung and they recommended US Appliances Services. I called them Saturday afternoon and was told a technician could be here Monday morning. The Technician arrived at 9:40 and took out the failed part, replaced it with a new one, opened the back took out the small drains and opened them to allow excess water to flow into a drain pan, and then cleaned the dust, dirt and grim of 9 years for the coils at the bottom. He was knowledgeable, cheerful, and explained every step of the process. US Appliances Services will by my first call when I need help.

My freezer was not working properly. It was not keeping things frozen. I have a GE side-by-side which was provided by the builder. The technician was polite, helpful, and professional. He provided me with my options which were to 1. add more freon, 2. obtain a diagnosis to determine if it indeed had a leak (more expensive), or 3. replace the refrigerator (most expensive). I opted to just add freon with the understanding that it may leak again but I chose to take my chances. They just don't make appliances like they used to and builders always go with the cheapest units. The technician on the other hand was great!
