Quick call back and arrived on time. I cannot rate Mr. Singh's work but he seems to be a very honest man. He recommened not putting any money into the 10 year unit. He could have repaired the refrigerator for $200-$300 but after fully inspecting the unit he felt I was throwing money away. If need an appliance repaired in the future, I will definitely call him again.

He discovered the problem quickly and explained to me what had caused the malfunction. He offered to return should I have any further trouble with the machine. He charged me only for the service fee. They responded the next day and were able to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher within minutes.

The technician Manjit SIngh was just great. He was willing to work around our schedule and stopped by late in the evening and did not charge extra. He accruately diagnosed the problem, kept us informed of the time required to get parts and was on time to replace the parts. In addition, he diagnosed a few other problems and fixed those too. He cleaned up after his work and came back again to answer additional questions that we had after he had replaced the parts. Mr Singh was very efficient, couteous and knowledgeable. I will be using him for all my appliance repairs / replacements moving forward
