The repairman arrived when he said he would - only a couple of hours after my call - and the work was completed rapidly and with a 1-year warranty on the part replaced!

These folks deliver! Although I don't expect to see them back, if I ever needed another repair I would definitely have them back. Also Singh is a really nice and thoughtful guy.

The service was great, the problem was fixed and the gentleman was very friendly. I would refer this company to any of my friends.

It was exceptional. Once I outined the problem, he found the parts, arranged for early shipping, and so on. He stayed in touch with me when shipping was slightly delayed, and promptly came when he said he would---even a few minutes early. He certainly knew what he was doing, was courteous, considerate of protecting the floor, and cleaned up the area thorougly. It was the one of the nicest experiences we've had with appliance repair.

US Appliances Services called and gave me a 1 hour window in which they would arrive. They were on time and fixed my oven quickly (within about 30 minutes). Also, there was no ridiculous charge for just showing up. It was refreshing to pay a reasonable price for the work. I highly recommend US Appliance Services. I put their card on my fridge and plan on using them exclusively in the future.

I called them later on a Saturday night when my refrigerator wasn't working properly. Ranjit offered to repair it the next (Sunday) morning. He diagnosed the problem right away, gave me a very reasonable estimate and quickly performed the repair within an hour. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend US Appliance Services

I had requested an appointment because the washer and dryer had been making strange noises when running. When Manjit ran the washer through a full cycle, the noise was no longer there....However, the dryer continued making a noise that sounded as though there was a draft somewhere. He checked both the interior of the dryer and behind it, but In the end, he could not identify the reason for the noise. He spent an hour on the machines and, since there was no repair to be made, he did not charge me anything. I found Manjit very likable and would hire him again.

They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I had a dead clothes washer and a dead dishwasher. He fixed both quickly at a very reasonable cost. He also switched out a fuse in my microwave FREE. I can't recommend these guys enough. They leave every other appliance repair company in the dust. I would not use anyone else.
