Cost of necessary replacement parts would have approaced the cost of a new dryer. Mr. Singh was exceptionally thorough and honest. He asked for no payment since he was unable to fix the unit. I would recommend him unconditionally.

We had a late night (do these problems ever occur at a convenient time?) problem with a defrosting fridge and found US Appliance Svc via Service Magic. Within only a few minutes of our service request, they gave us a call and setup an appointment for first thing (7:30am) the next day. They arrive, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within half an hour (required a few new parts). During the time, our technician was extremely courteous, highly professional and did a great job at keeping the house and floor surrounding the fridge clean during his entire repair. I received excellent and fast service and would highly recommend US Appliances Services to anyone. I called on a Saturday at 4pm and Manjit was at my house precisely on schedule Monday at noon. My dryer had multiple issues and he had both parts on hand and the repairs were handled immediately- no delays or reschedules required. Manjit was very friendly and professional. I would easily do business with this company again!

I would highly recommend this serivce. Pro showed up on time even though he drove distance to get here. The local guys would have charged more just for the service call. Problem was diagnosed very quickly. Service charge was included in the repair. Very professional and knowledgeable of refrigerators and issues. I did not feel like I had to pay for any extras. Talked to serviceman beforehand and he had the necessary parts with him. I did not have to pay for a second visit. While certainly not cheap, the cost was reasonable based on what I have read on internet. I would use this service again for other appliances based on this experience.

We were pleasantly surprised to received service on Sunday morning (and that too early) even though we called in with the problem only late Saturnday night. Manjit did a thorough job of fixing the problem in the refrigerator and the associated cleanup and gave a very good price as well. We appreciate the prompt help.

Singh was great! He called ahead to let me know there was some traffic but showed up right when he thought he would. He quoted me a fair price and stuck to it.
