We've had a pesky dishwasher leak, didn't leak when Mr. Singh was here, began leaking 10 minutes after he left! He came back next day, no charge, found the leak, ordered parts (to arrive this week) and deducted original service charge from entire repair bill. Can't ask anyone to be more fair than that! Mr. Singh is prompt, on time, polite and knows his stuff, a refreshing change from the 2 previous repair persons who attempted but failed to even find the problem.

Mr. Singh, is super efficient. He assessed the problem quickly, ordered the parts, installed and fixed the refrigerator within 24 hours. Mr.Singh is professional and coordinated with our tenants to schedule the appointment. Mr.Singh was very gracious and trusting to work with us, since we live out of state. Mr.Singh was prompt with the invoice and we were able to pay without any concerns. Mr. Singh stands by his service and emphasizes on the quality of work he completes. We would highly recommend Mr.Singh and I m glad we have a reliable and local appliance service company to use from now on!

Mr. Singh is very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem almost immediately, ordered the part for my dishwasher, returned as soon as it arrived, installed it quickly and did all with a reasonable price. Talked to MS from US Appliances Services on Wednesday, they came over Thursday, assessed the issues, ordered the parts, and returned for the repairs two days later. We are very pleased with their courtesy and prompt action to repair our oven less than a week before Thanksgiving. Repair cost was very reasonable too. Thank you MS!

Outstanding and professional, fast service. My refrigerator stopped working and he came by right after another repair he was finishing. Total time from call to a running refrigerator less then 2 hours. When he took off the back you could smell and see the burnt portion of the control board (which could have caused a fire).
