let me start by saying that i looked at the servicemagic ratings and settles on singh because he had way more customer comments and they were pretty good. i called in at 7:00 pm on a friday night and singh called me 3 minutes after i got off the phone with servicemagic. i asked if singh could repair arefrigerator right away before i lost all of my perishibles and he was standing at my door 45 minutes later. he was prompt, friendly and competent. he troubleshot the problem and as luck would have it. had the part on his truck. i was pleased with the price all things considered and will always request singh in the future.

The technician was very courteous and prompt, always explaining what the issue was and the correct repair needed. He was quick and efficient, cleaning up after himself once the repairs were made.

Very knowlegable and prompt with service. Even when he got a defective part he quickly corrected the problem even though he didn't cause it.

Mr Singh was at our house within 1.5 hours of our request for service!!! He was so polite and professional. In less than 1 hour our fridge was up and cooling again. So much nicer to deal with a local company that doesn't feel the need to overcharge for everything. We have already discussed the next project!!

Mr Singh was prompt and courteous. He was thorough with his explanation of the work to be done on my diswasher. Service call price of $25 reasonable. That amount rolled into the cost of the repair. Sears could not come out for a service call for 2 weeks. US Appliances came the next morning. I would recommend this company.

My service technician was excellent. He arrived early and explained everything that was going to happen. He even guaranteed his service and parts. I would definitely recommend him and also contact him the next time I need service. Yolanda Stoneridge VA

US Appliance Services were able to come right away to fix my dryer. While here, they also took a look at something that I had to have fixed and they took care of it- preventing me from getting ripped off by the previous contractor (who shall remain nameless.) Thanks.

Excellent service and super fast response. Literally -I clicked for my service pro options and two minutes later he was calling to set-up a time to come out to see our washer. Only listing 4 stars b/c the first time he came out to fix the washer he had the wrong part. No fault on his part since the part guys gave him the wrong part. Set-up a time the next day to come back with the correct part. The washer was fixed in about 20 minutes. He even cleaned up the washer after he was finished. Very nice man. I would call him again for any of my appliance service needs.

Excellent service! Quick and dependable.

Needed leaking refrigerator repairs. And needed them quickly. They accomodated my schedule the very next day. They were on time, curteous, and professional. Repairs were made during the first visit for a reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely call them again if needed.

Our experience with US Appliances has been amazing. I filled out the quote form around 10:30 pm the night that our fridge stopped working and I had a call within 5 minutes from Mr. Singh. He was courteous and provided excellent advice over the phone that likely saved us from having to buy a new fridge. It took him under 30 minutes to fix our compressor the next day and we asked him back to work on the water flow in the door! Price was great, particularly in light of the fact that we would have been in trouble without his advice the evening prior. We have asked him to come back and do maintenance on our AC unit as well! Highly recommend!

Wow! Awesome folks at US Appliances Services, inc.!! Contacted them and got a REAL LIVE person on the phone! Very polite and understanding about our washer issues. They came out within 4 hours! The gentleman diagnosed the problem right away and washer was fixed in less than an hour! He even cleaned up the area afterwards! I will definitely call US Appliances Services again if anything needs a repair! GREAT SERVICE!!

It was actually a great experience, the person came on time, he even called to confirm that he is on his way, he is honest, very reasonable, and I will definately deal with him again and recomend him to my friends.
