The technician came the same day I called. He was friendly and fast. He was happy to come back a second time to try and fix the problem when the first attempt did not stick. I would call him again for an appliance repair.

He came in and look at our appliance and recommended that we just go ahead and pay a need stove because the cost of repariing it was not worth it.

Mr. Manjit Singh was the most polite and personable repair person I have ever met. He explained in detail what he was doing and why, and when he left I was sure that my appliance would run well.

Mr. Singh was professional, knew exactly what the problem was, arrived when he said he would, finished the dishwasher repair quickly and cleanly! It's only been a few days since he made the repair but so far so good!

Manjit was sensational. He was in Virginia, I in Maryland and he was here within 1 1/2 hours of the phone call. My dryer was not working at all and he fixed it for a very reasonable fee within 15 minutes. He also cleaned out the interior of my dryer. Singh was great. He was timely, communicative, and very competent. I trust his work and his advice, and I appreciated his generosity regarding the cost of his service call. After he troubleshot the problem with our dryer, he called us back promptly with an estimate so we could consider our options. Extemely happy with Singh's service. I am stationed in Puerto Rico and had to coordinte service for my tenant. I first called Sears & even bought a service contract with them to ensure best service & priority. Big Mistake. Sears technicians failed to show up for two straight appointments over 10 days. Sears said the soonest appointment was then 6 days away. That is what $245 gets you? I cancelled the contract. I found Service Magic online, submitted my issue and received a prompt call from Singh. He visited my tenant the next day, fixed the stove on the spot & my tenant was very happy. He gets the call from now on! Thank you Singh!

Our Maytag washer started making screeching sounds. Mr. Singh came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without replaing parts. he could easily have told us that we needed a motor, transmisison or pump, but he did not. He rates 10 stars for honesty, promptness and competence.

First rate service! Quick response to service request (was calling me while I was still completing the request through ServiceMagic) and offered flexible times to look at my oven. Costs were very reasonable and you just can't beat the quick response, expert diagnosis of the problem with our oven, and the excellent customer service. Will definitely use them for future needs.
