Very professional, quickly diagnose the problem. The part was not available the same day but as soon as it arrived my refrigerator was fixed.

US Appliances Service / Mr. Singh offered great customer service and was very professional throughout the appointment. He called 30 minutes before arriving at the house and was able to carefully diagnose the issue with my microwave. Mr. Singh is a straight shooter and I'll no doubt use his services again.

The customer service was excellent. I was called 30 minutes in advance to confirm appointment. The repairman was on time and very professional. He took care to prepare/protect surfaces that might be affected when removing the microwave for repairs, and completed the job very efficiently. The repair was also reasonably priced! I would enthusiastically recommend US Appliances Services!!

They completed the work ahead of schedule, they explained my options and took the time to make sure I understood, I didn't feel rushed, they made a follow up call a week later to make sure everything was running as intended. I would definitely recommend them to someone in need.

We have used this company to repair a clothes washer, a clothes dryer, and a dishwasher. They are honest, excellent at diagnosis, and quick and thorough at repairs. They provide great customer service. Of particular note, my washer was becoming very loud at certain points in the cycle. I called for repair, hoping to head off breakdown. When the repairman was present, the washer did not become loud. He suggested that I record a video when it was loud and send it to him. After doing so, he provided a diagnosis over the phone. While we could not figure out exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator, US Appliances was very helpful, courteous, and took the time to make sure that I was pleased with the service. They even followed up a few days later to check on the status of the appliance. I will be using them again. Thanks!!

They were professional. Let me know when they would arrive and they always showed up ontime. Work was correctly and they cleaned up any mess that was made. They never tried to sell other services or repairs that were not needed. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

Had the ice dispenser fail on a Samsung. The entire panel had to be replaced. They explained their own displeasure with that option but searched for the best price and offered advice on how to avoid any future problems, to the degree possible. Prompt, courteous, professional. I'll use them again if the need arises.

We had our washer go out. Contacted them and they arrived quickly, diagnosed the multiple problems with the washer, and were honest about the trade offs of repairing versus buying a new one. We ended buying a new one due to multiple issues with our washer but the honest advice saved us money. Also they are super friendly. I would definitely use again.

Called immediately to set up appointment. Came over within hours. Quickly diagnosed the problem. A part needed to be ordered, so a temporary fix was made. Obtained part quickly and came back quickly to install it. They called numerous times to keep me informed of status and to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction.

I only wish my washer had been repairable, but Mr. Singh did recommend the brand and type of washer to purchase.
