He came out and listens to the problem I described and emediatly knew where to start looking for the typical problem. However this was not the typical problem. So he looked in the next location and quickly diagnosed the issue. Because of what this particular issue was he provided us with more information saying those parts were still under warranty and to call the manufacturer. He could have fixed it on the spot but provide us a way to save money!

My double oven died the day before Thanksgiving, and we thought it was an electrical issue and called AG Electrical, who for $600 (the cash discount price for a "holiday" call) came and told us it was an issue with the oven. Once the shock of that bill wore off, I called US Appliance. Mr. Singh came THAT DAY and advised me of the to evaluate the double wall oven's issue in advance, and I was relieved to hear that cost was EXCEPTIONALLY reasonable. He came right on time and assessed the issue and determined it was the fault of the control panel and ordered that part. I advised him that the night before, the lower oven had experienced an F15 error when opened, and he also determined what was required to fix that. He ordered the parts and scheduled a return visit for the repair. Mr. Singh returned just as scheduled, and had called in advance to confirm and to ask if someone would be here who would be able to help remove the oven in order to save labor costs of his additional personnel, which i really appreciated. He came and installed the part that fixed the issue with the upper oven and swapped a part in the lower oven and both were working. Unfortunately, when the ovens were back in place, the lower oven again displayed the F15 error. Without hesitation, however, Mr. Singh ordered a NEW part for the lower oven, which he returned today to install. BOTH ovens are now working and i could NOT be more pleased with the superior communication throughout this process as well as his exceptionally professional service and technical knowledge! I now know which brands to avoid and will definitely be calling US Appliance if anything goes wrong with anything else!

US Appliances Services was absolutely great! My dryer stopped working and they called me the same day and came out to take a look. They accessed the problem and ordered the part while in my home. They called me the next day, installed the piece and my dryer works perfectly! It was completed in 15 minutes. They re definitely great and helpful. These guys know their machines! If I have any more problems with appliances, I m calling them!

US Appliance arrived on time, quickly disassembled my dryer and resolved the grinding sound coming from the drum. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My first call for appliance service in the future.

It was a very straight forward and easy process. I called on New Year's Eve day and received a 2 hour window for that afternoon. He called when he was 20 minutes a way, and performed the work professionally, quickly, and based on what he told me on the phone. For someone who avoids scheduling home repair, it was very easy and straight forward. Would use them again.
