The price was reasonable from what I remembered though I cannot recall the exact amount. I just remember that I liked their service but I don?t remember what it was. I chose this provider over another because he was on Angie?s List and I liked what I read. The workers were professional, courteous and friendly. They did a good job with the plumbing work, they took care of it quickly. They were very nice and efficient. They did a good work. I would not say that Plumb Crazy is better, I had a plumber before but he is not doing plumbing anymore. But this guy from Plumb Crazy is good and excellent. They solved the problem.

They showed up on time, did a great job, and were very professional and helpful. We'll definitely have them back to fix a few other plumbing problems around here. And they live right here in the neighborhood! Highly recommend them.

The contractor arrived at my house on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. The install went quick and we were very happy with the results. I definitely use these guys again in the future.

I called first thing in the morning before the opening hours and left a message. (It wasn't really an extreme emergency - but it instructs you to call another number if it is). But I just left a message and they promptly called me back. They said they could be at our house around 12:00 or perhaps after - they were able to come actually just before noon - which was great! They did just what they said, did the work & didn't leave any mess. We had a part already - which they used and deducted the bill for that. And Scott and his assistant were super nice! It has been working great ever since - enjoying the sound of success - a great flush!

They're wonderful and the best. The person who came was very professional and he know his business, I really like him a lot.

All went very well. The contractor arrived when expected and performed all of the expected work and went over and beyond without adding any additional costs. They cleaned up the area and removed the old sump pump and two buckets of dirty water from the pit. They didn't spill a drop while removing the buckets and old pump. I am very pleased with the result and l would not hesitate to use them again.

The company was able to schedule the appt the same week I purchased the deal (nice!). We have used this plumber before with good results, and we had the same with this service. He arrived within the time window and completed the work without any trouble. He was training a new apprentice who was with him, but this did not seem to negatively affect the outcome at all. Overall, I am very pleased with the package and service.

The service by Plumb Crazy was excellent! I called on a Saturday for an emergency visit, and a technician promptly returned my call. Within ten minutes, a service provider arrived at my house. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Not only did he quickly remedy the leak, but he explained why it had occurred and how to prevent it in the future. I will certainly use this company again and recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

I have been calling on Scott and Plumb Crazy for the past two years for any plumbing work I've needed done at either our home, or at a rental property we maintain. I'd never even consider calling anyone else - Scott and his team are always extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and most importantly ... they don't try to overbill you for services or part replacements you don't actually need. In fact, literally every time I've used Plumb Crazy over the past two years (4 times so far), Scott has always tried to find ways to help us save money wherever possible. I wish more contractors put the customers' needs first like Plumb Crazy does. They've built up a reputation where I always feel as though I can trust them - and that's really important to me in selecting a contractor to work with. For this particular replacement, Scott and the team showed up precisely at the scheduled time ... had all the parts that they needed on their truck ... got the replacement done in a relatively short time period, and completely cleaned up the area they were working in -- even shop-vac'd it just to be sure. The visit was exactly what a homeowner wants from a contractor - prompt, cost-efficient, and professionally done.

Scott has been my plumber for 10 years - literally since the week I moved into my house. He has always provided fantastic service, charges a fair price for quality service, and leaves things fixed as they should be. He cares about his customers and gives me his honest fair opinion about how to best fix my plumbing issues. Today he fixed the pipes under my sink that I had cracked myself trying to unclog hair from the drain. He came right away when I called (I was really stressed out that I had caused the leak), fixed the issue quickly and completely. I always call Plumb Crazy when I have a plumbing problem, and I am always happy that I did!

If you are looking for the rare honest plumber, look no further. I actually used Plumb Crazy about seven years ago. My son, who had just moved from his home in Belmont Ridge had me checking his house. I felt the sump pump was no longer working, so I called Plumb Crazy to take a look and to fix it. I had actually forgotten the name until I saw it on Angie's list early last week. Scott was great, there was no trying to sell me a new garbage disposal or anything else for that matter. I just recently finished some renovations to my house, and except for the electrician from Charles Town, WVA, the Granite Center in Sterling, VA, and my neighbor, I can't say how upsetting and disappointing it was to have people try to rip you off. The only way we as consumers can counter dishonest people is to stop using them, and do all we can to send work to those that are honest and reliable. I am not really happy with them. The price was very expensive. They charged for installation of the toilet. Because I was in a hurry to get it fixed I did not do my research of call other people for pricing.

We had already purchased a new faucet. It was a simple job and they saved us same money.

When the plumber pulled the old toilet it was discovered that the floor was badly rotted underneath it due to long term slow water leakage. The wood was too badly damaged to do a permanent installation job and requires at least partial bathroom floor replacement. He managed after trying some "out of the box" thinking to come up with way to temporarily mount the toilet (can not do without toilet in this bathroom). When we find a company to redo the the bathroom floor and under flooring (we have decided to use this as an opportunity to redo the bathroom), will have the plumber and bathroom contractor coordinate information to assure the area for toilet is done correctly for effective mounting of this toilet. I am very pleased with the efforts gone to by this company as I am handicapped and need this toilet in this bathroom. The other bathroom in house is not accessible for me. This is the 2nd job this company has done for us and again I am very pleased with the job they did. Highly recommend this company.

Saved me $$$ by telling me how to fix secondary issue (what to get at the big box store, etc). Very helpful, honest people.

Scott and his brother were great. We called them on a Sunday after we noticed our water heater was leaking from the top - a sure sign that it was corroded. We called a few places around the area - including Sears - and Scott was the most responsive out of any that we called. They came the following day when they said they would, and during the entire scheduling process Scott communicated well with estimate times of arrival and changes due to other jobs. When they got here they worked quickly, but not hurriedly, putting down tarp and being mindful of cleanliness. The install itself was pretty easy and I think fast. They hauled out and installed the new one within an hour and half, including a new expansion tank and replacing a broken sump pump connection at a low rate. I would highly recommend Scott and Plumb-Crazy.

I only contracted for one hour of service and it was clear quickly that the issue was not a leaky faucet but one that needed to be replaced. The plumber could have left, but thought of a good solution to keep my other water service continuing while I purchased a new faucet. They also took a look at another issue and made decent recommendations on how to prevent a similar issue. I will call them back for the follow up service.

Plumb Crazy is our go-to plumber. They are responsive, easy to work with, on time, and reasonably priced. They came to work on our leaking hose bibs. Instead of the expensive, total hose bib replacement suggested by another plumber, Plumb Crazy REPAIRED the existing hose bibs for a far more reasonable cost. The repair totally corrected the problem, and we have been problem free all summer.

Service was prompt. Scott (the owner) told us we could get away with just fixing the leak, but that complete replacement would better protect us in the long run. We had the complete replacement done.

We consider ourselves pretty handy, and gave it a good run for a couple of days before giving up and calling Plumb Crazy, based upon its reviews on AL. They were great - came out the morning after we called, got right to the problem, fixed it and were gone.

They showed up same-day, were patient throughout the whole process in dealing with home warranty, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Scott is a good person and it's hard to find good people who know how to do their job well these days. I would definitely recommend this company and I know who we'll use in the future should we have another plumbing problem.

It went well because it was not a plumbing issue but the tile issue is just as bad.

We love Plumb Crazy! Scott is great; he is always patient exaplaining his assessment and repair suggestions, thorough with his work, and very professional. For our most recent visit, Scott came out in the middle of the night to help diagnose an active leak in our basement. He was able to determine that the leak was not coming from the water heater, but was instead coming from the HVAC. However, we discussed my aging water heater, and though replacement was not the top priority (like the HVAC), he helped determine an estimate, and explained his replacement approach, so I could adequately budget for this expense, and understand what he was planning to do. This was out first time requesting an emergency call. Scott was at my house within 15 minutes. After he had completed his assessment and helped with a temporary fix (until the HVAC people could come out), he said that if the leak started again to call him immediately, that he sleeps by his phone, and he can be here again right away if needed. He also said that if the HVAC people had any questions with his assessment, that he'd be happy to talk with them. I also want to mention that all of the previous work that Plumb Crazy has done for us as held up over time. We've had no issues with any of their work. In a time when the local hardware shop is extinct, and the Home Depots can seem overwhelming and sterile, it's hard to find the local guys, the lifelong tradesmen and master builders, who really know their stuff. Scott at Plumb Crazy is one of those guys... you eventually get to know about his family, he knows yours, he provides expert craftsmanship, and he's a nice, honest guy. If you want a good plumber, who's not pushed to hit quotas from the big companies or sell you something you don't need, go to Plumb Crazy. Was able to get a next day appointment to replace a leaking garbage disposal. They showed up on time and did a great job. Had everything done within 30 min. Since I was an Angies' List member, I got $25 off the price.
