Plumb Crazy has been my plumber for almost 14 years. Scott and Daniel are consistently professional, efficient and fairly priced. I wouldn't use any other plumber.

Quick and easy, very professional, and told me how I could fix the problem myself if it should recur. Gave a one-year warranty on the work performed.

These guys are wonderful! Daniel came out to look at the problem and immediately discovered my overflow valve in bathtub was loose and not being used properly. He fixed the problem quickly and didn't charge me for the service since it was basically the turn of a screw to solve the problem. I am so impressed with how friendly both men were, Daniel's quick assessment and their fairness in pricing considering how little needed to be done. I will DEFINITELY call them again and so glad I've found a good plumber in the area!!!

Called and kept us apprised of when they expected to arrive. Gave me a few options for the repair. Once complete, he explained what he did and things to watch out for and future considerations. So far the toilet is working perfectly. Very professional and courteous.

It was repaired and he wrote down instructions this time and I had omitted a step. I'm not accustomed to that kind of service and kindness. This pipe has been a problem often but thanks to wonderful service and patience, I think it is finally resolved.

These guys are awesome. Honest, fairly priced, responsive and they always do great work. In the Leesburg area, this is the only plumber I would trust to do it right and at a reasonable price.

Found break in pipe quickly and fixed it. Discovered there was a second leak and fixed that too. Hot water header element was bad. Gave me part number and I went and bought it which saved me $$$$$. Got heater working and all is good! Gave me an honest assessment of the issues found and helped keep costs to a minimum. Would use that again in a heartbeat. Both crew members were very good and courteous. Only issue is one of them kept taking personal calls from / about a girlfriend that I had to listen to. Not really that interested in his personal problems / life.

These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did they fix my suspected Sump Pump issue, they also educated me on the root of the issue which was my frozen pipe leading to and from the sump pump. They also informed me how to address anything having to do with the sump pump in the future. Needless to say I did not have replace the unit, which was quite a relief! Their communication was above par on all levels, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

They showed up in the window they said they would and the technician was very courteous and informative. In addition, he left no mess. This company has provided us with other services in the past as well. I would definitely recommend them!!

Everything went great. Arrived in the time window I was quoted. They went and looked at the issues and quoted me a price and made sure I was fine with it before they started. Said if they see any other issues they would let me know, quote me a price and make sure I was okay with it before starting on it (they did not find any other issues). They did have a little problem while doing the work. Evidently the set screw for the tub spout had spun around and was unreachable. They had to saw off the end of the spout so they could reach the set screw and replace the spout. Doing this extra work did not increase the already quoted price. They were professional, quick and tidy. They even reminded me they had a coupon on Angie's List that I could use if I printed it out. I will definitely use them again. Thanks.

Very fast and efficient and they called 15 minutes prior to arrival. They also gave us an estimate on our water heater which we knew needed to be replaced. They also explained what they needed to do and what they did afterwards which was very helpful and informative.

They were great. They responded very quickly. The guys were right on time and they gave me multiple options for the repair. The work was done rapidly and expertly. The new values are a big improvement over what we had before.

They were awesome - coming out in the middle of a major storm when my basement was flooding due to a burned out sump pump and working until 2 AM to replace the pump and make sure the water was going down before departing. I later had them come to the house for a few minor repairs to leaky faucets, and they replaced what needed to be replaced, but adjusted other faucets at no charge, saving me unnecessary repairs. I would hire them again.

Very well. I called provider yesterday and was able to get appointment next day for a toilet install. Provider called yesterday and provided 3 hour window for install (11A-2P). Daniel called 30min out confirming that he would arrive by 11AM, and was here at 10:50AM. He was very professional and courteous. They took out the old toilet, installed new one and tested it. I asked if they could use the custom handle from previous toilet.. Daniel removed it and tested it out on the new unit but wasn't able to get it installed without potentially impacting functioning of new unit (given the old handles dimensions). He explained why it couldn't be used and left it here in case we wanted to use it elsewhere. Although the install price of the service is higher than other providers I found (they did accept $25 coupon from AngiesList which brought it down to $304), I've had Plumb Crazy do several jobs and opted to use them. Daniel was excellent and I couldn't have asked for a better technician to do the job.

Scott arrived right on time and immediately went to work to diagnose the issue with the leaking toilet. He immediately saw that the toilet flange was not properly installed, which led to the toilet leaking and the flange breaking. He went over my options for repair and/or replacement of the flange since the concrete and tile was uneven and was preventing the flange from sitting flat on the floor. He and Danny, his lead plumber, removed some tile and got the flange flat and stable, saving me a ton of money. The toilet was replaced and caulked and looks great. Great job, great teamwork and super professional. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Background: Back on 12/17/14 we had had 2 shut off values replaced under the kitchen sink for $289.00. We were impressed by their work and thought the price was reasonable in relation to the amount of work that was done. So we hung on to the magnet and decided to use them again. Now.....fast forward to 7/3/15....When the provider arrived, we were told that the price was $229 per toilet to replace the insides of the toilet. We felt we were caught between a rock and a hard place, so we ok'd the price and proceeded with the work. The provider arrived on time and did a good job. I was, however, totally flabbergasted with the $458.00 bill for less than 30 min of work, total. I questioned him in amazement and disbelief about the cost....twice. He said that he charged about $229 per toilet. The parts are less than $20 for each toilet!!! Really???!!! All that good will that they built up with our 12/17/14 trip... was dashed on the rocks! Last time I will be using them!

Making the appt was easy and the person was personable. I called them about a leaky showerhead - they determined that the valve was the issue and ~$300 later I called back to say that now (since they performed the work the day before) the showerhead leaks when it is turned on (which wasnt an issue before). They said they could come back but it would be an additional charge - seriously??! I would expect the work to have been done correctly the first time, surely not to be charged for them to return when it wasn't.

This was a terrible experience. This plumbing company obviously stages their visits to maximize on profit and prey on unsuspecting home owners. Plumb Crazy is definitely crazy.

Solved the issue and cleared the clog (child had flushed a hand towel and it made it 30 feet down the line.

Daniel did a fantastic job and all in one day!! He was very polite and easy to talk to. He explained everything he was doing. He seemed very proud with what he had accomplished - such pride is rare these days. The response from Plumb Crazy to my request on Angie's list was within 4 hours. Excellent response considering I discovered the leak at 4am and I received a call from Daniel by 8:30 am. In addition to the leak in the garbage disposal, Daniel also refurbished two toilets and installed a new faucet in the bathroom and kitchen. Considering all that was accomplished in one day, I was very happy with the cost. Plumb Crazy Inc and Daniel are my new plumber friends! In addition to all the great reviews that were on Angie's List, I chose this provider because I loved the name of the company. Thanks, Scott and Daniel!!

Great! Timely and reasonable price wise. Very fast repair and nice technician.

These fellows are the absolute best in plumbing! Their response time is terrific, their prices truly reasonable. Their biggest asset is their depth of knowledge and their willingness to share what they know with the customer. All work being done is explained in detail. On more than one occasion they have explained to my husband how he could make a repair himself with a simple inexpensive part from the hardware store. They are exceptionally honest about what work needs to be done and the costs involved. There is no hard sell at any time! We would never call anyone but the fellows at Plumb Crazy and will have them out again as soon as my husband completes the tiling of our Master Bath to install all our new plumbing fixtures. It is a terrible pun BUT you would be plumb crazy to call anyone else!!! (Sorry, guys -- I had to say it!)

This is an awesome company and I will definitely hire them in the future. Great product, timely response, knowledgeable, and a fair price. They responded and fixed the problem within 24-hours. A real keeper!

Excellent, technician (Daniel) was very polite, professional and well composed. Took care of the problem in no time at all.

I had a garbage disposer that I had tried to replace myself. It was a Badger 1 that was installed with the house (about 7 years old). I replaced it with a Waste King 3200. Problem I had was the the discharge pipe for the new disposer didn't fit with the plumbing the old one used. The plumbing under my sink was all PVC and I did not have the knowledge to do the work myself. I contacted Plumb Crazy based on all the positive reviews and couldn't be happier. I made an appointment for Friday between 11:30 and 2:00 and they showed up at noon. They (Dan and Reese) forgive me if I have the names wrong showed up at 12:00. They were very friendly and professional. They inquired as to what the problem was and I explained what I had done and what I wanted them to do, They assessed the situation and gave me an estimate right then. I agreed to the work being proposed, and 45 minutes later I had completely new plumbing under my sink along with a working dishwasher and garbage disposer. This was certainly a good experience for me. They did not try to up-sell me on anything, gave me an estimate, did the work and had everything working perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.
