PLUMB CRAZY INC

Great experience from beginning to end. Called Plumb Crazy about a section of pipe attached to hot water heater that showed some leakage, but wasn't leaking at the moment. Upon calling, I spoke to "Scott", who asked good questions and promptly scheduled my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I got a call from Daniel, who indicated he was on his way. He arrived within the agreed upon appointment window. Daniel inspected the area of concern and said that the leak was probably from when the hot water heater was installed years ago. He said it could probably be left alone, but he could repair it, if it made us feel more comfortable. At no time did I feel pressured. I opted to fix the section of pipe that once leaked and Daniel knocked it out in less than an hour. Plumb Crazy was professional and courteous from beginning to end, and will get my plumbing business moving forward.

This is my second time using Plumb Crazy. The first time was a few years back and went so well I thought I'd give them another try. I called at 1pm and they were here by 3pm. It took two runs with the snake but everything is once again flowing as it should.

Daniel @ Plumb Crazy called me in advance to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, he inspected the valve and did not recommend its replacement, instead he tightened things up. He also carefully cut down the overflow tube inside the toilet bowl to a recommended size. Leak is gone and all is well. I appreciate Daniel's professionalism. The replacement would have been costly in comparison. Honesty is exactly what we all desire in a service company. Plumb Crazy Inc has demonstrated this and be assured that I will reach out to them for future plumbing needs.

Plumb Crazy were very responsive, I called them on a Saturday night and they called me back first thing Monday morning with someone here Tuesday morning (my issue was a non-emergency). They repaired a leaking toilet, identifying multiple items that needed to be fixed as they had obviously cracked and were leaking. We also had the issue since we purchased our home that the hot water was connected to the toilet, which was another source of our toilet issues. They had to try and identify where the connection mistake happened all the while considering my peace of mind and wanting to put as few holes in the walls as possible. They were awesome and identified the source at the sink and were able to only put ONE hole in the wall and connect the toilet to the correct, cold water line. They were up front and honest about pricing and a pleasure to work with. I had quotes to fix the hot water issue up around 3,000 and 4,000 dollars. They were able to repair everything for $770, far less then the others. I would hire them again and highly recommend them as they are very skilled and knowledgeably at what they do.

While working overseas in Afghanistan I called Scott in September, gave him the phone number for my tenants, and with my email address. My tenants never received a call and I never received any correspondence.

Work went very well. Plumber was concerned that other things needed to be moved to get the work done, but he was able to get everything done without disconnecting anything else. Work was on time, quick, and very reasonable. We called on Monday and they couldn't send a plumber out the same day. They recommended another plumber but we waited till Wednesday. I'm glad we waited, honestly. Plumber was very good.

came in very punctual, it was professional, very skillful and polite. found where the issue was very quick and provided the suggestion (need to redo the bathtub). 100% i will use the service again!

The service provider was very responsive in setting up there appointment and was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable and quick in taking care of the problem. I would use them for my plumbing problems again with no reservations. I was a little taken aback with the cost but I haven't needed a plumber in years so I am not familiar with the going price for things these days.

When I called I spoke with Daniel and he came to our home the next day. After looking at the copper pipes that were attached to the joist with no wiggle room he asked if I would be OK for one more day as he wanted to have assistance with it. I was fine with that. So the next day, Daniel and Scott (Owner) came by. They fixed the leak in a very short time for a very reasonable amount of money. For both of the appointments Daniel called in advance to let me know when they would be arriving. They were very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up when they were done. I will absolutely use them again!!!!

Plumb Crazy has been my plumber for 13 or so years. My kitchen sink was recently clogged. Scott and Daniel once again were on time, professional and experts at what they do. I would never use another plumber.

Excellent service. They arrived within 1 hour of my call. The technician was very courteous and friendly to me and my two dogs. He looked at the problem, gave me options and price estimate for each. I chose the fuller option to be sure we resolved all problems. He did a partial rebuild of the flusher and snaked the pipe. Kept everything dry and clean. Cost for partial rebuild was $219 and $129 for the snake work.

Daniel was very professional and spent some additional time with me on steps to winterize the hose bib and internal pipes. With the Angie's list discount the cost for replacement of the vacuum breaker was reduced from $189 to $164. I did not get a second opinion so I cannot comment on whether the price was too high but it seemed to be ok. The length of the visit was approximately 40 minutes. Daniel was professional and responsive and I appreciated the extra time spent with me on winterizing issues.

Received quick call back from Scott to schedule service. On the day of service, Daniel called as promised 30 minutes prior to arrival and within schedule. Daniel reviewed the outstanding issues and was able to immediately identity the issues. He walked me through and demonstrated the problems and then reviewed the fixes with me after the work had been completed. After reviewing a fix, he made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the remedy. The service was performed quickly and efficiently with the entire appointment taking a little over an hour.

We called Scott when it felt like we had hit a wall repairing an old toilet ourselves and decided it was time to call in a professional. Scott talked to us over the phone and walked us through our obstacle ... he said we'd be wasting our money by having him out. We really appreciated his help and his honesty. Next time we have a plumbing issue for which we will need a plumber, we'll be calling Plumb Crazy.

These guys were great! They came out to fix shady work that was done by a previous plumber! They were friendly and polite and even gave us a discount because they felt bad that we were ripped off by another plumber. They were very fast, the whole job took about 20 minutes. Everything was explained very clearly. They even cleaned not only their work but cleaned out the whole cabinet for us. They did a fantastic job! If we need work done again, we will definitely be calling Plumb Crazy.

It went great. They set appropriate expectations and then exceeded them. Daniel arrived on time, did a thorough job and left the space cleaner than he found it. I hope not to have any more plumbing issues, but if so do I will call Plumb Crazy.

Quick reply for initial estimate. When I scheduled, was able to schedule same day. I was given a window of 4 hours, and was called when repair person was half an hour away. Work was done quickly, with clear explanation before and after, good discussion of other things to look for in future as a result of slightly high water pressure reading. Daniel was prompt, professional, and helpful. And quick.

From making an appointment to the technician showing up, every thing went easy. I appreciated the technician showing up on time and calling to let me know he was on his way. He also explained what he would be doing to replace our very old laundry faucet and asked if I had any questions. Their price also came in lower than another plumbing company.

Would recommend them and would call on them again. Initially I spoke with Scott who asked me to send a picture of the shower control so the plumber could arrive with the right part and gave me a 3 hour window for the plumber to arrive. Daniel called when he was en route and arrived at the beginning of arrival window. Daniel was great, he took the time to answer all of my questions, he was very courteous and once he was finished fixing the shower he answered other questions about plumbing issues we have been having. Daniel honored the Angie's list coupon for @25 off. Was a great experience from beginning to the end.

Great. We had a mystery whistling noise upstairs when ever water was run in other places in the house. Daniel found the problem right away. It was the toilet, I never would have guessed that. He explained options and then performed the work we agreed on. Nice guy, and was very professional. Thank you.

This is the second time I had used Plumb Crazy. The first was to replace a shower faucet that was leaking. I was very happy with that service so I choose to use them again. Left message for Plumb Crazy via email on Monday of the week I wanted the service. They called me back within a couple of hours to arrange service date at my preferred time on Friday of that week. They give you a two hour window for the appointment like most but they do call 30 minutes ahead of time to let you know they are on your way. The plumber was on time and courteous as he had been the previous time. He came in wearing protective booties so as not to track dirt on the floor and looked at the old faucet and said it was a straight forward job. He gave me the quote ($219) and said it would take him about 20 minutes. I had checked with several other plumbers and the prices quoted were all in the $200 to $300 range for basic kitchen faucet install so I knew he was competitively priced. Gave him the go ahead and he completed the job in about 15 minutes. He then took the time to go over maintenance of the faucet to avoid the same issues I had before. We inspected the faucet together and I told him I was satisfied. I paid by check, grabbed a few business magnets and off he went. What I generally like about Plumb Crazy is the straight forward approach. They respond quickly and provide a fast basic quote so I am always aware of details and cost before getting the work done. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs as I trust their work and appreciate the fast, courteous service.
