Description of Work: We were remodeling our master bath and needed plumbing services. We also had a pressure regulator valve replaced by them. Don't remember what I paid for the work done.

Description of Work: This job was to replace a leaky hot water heater. Daniel and his partner initially visited with us in late June for this issue, provided a good and clear explanation of what was wrong and how the replacement would proceed, and gave me an estimate on price and the amount of time it would require. Following my family vacation, I scheduled a time with them to perform the work. They were on time and ready to go. They were very careful in not dirtying the house (including using cloth overshoes to keep from soiling the rug). They did what was promised, at the quoted price, and in a little under two hours. They also did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. I have some other work for them to do and will contact them in the future. I recommend them.

Description of Work: Snaked my kitchen sink line. My non-disposal side line was clogged, not sure why, probably just years of build up. Removed trap, used snake tool, clog cleared.

Description of Work: I call Plumb Crazy in emergencies with my plumbing problems of which I seemed to have a plethora. They came immediately ...sized up the problems and fixed. Gave some good tips, etc. Can call them any time and get good response. Any issue that is not in their 'domain of service" they tell me. No waste of energy & time.

Description of Work: He tried unsuccessfully to fix a leaking bathtub faucet, and waspretty rude about it when he could not figure out how to really fix it. Waste of money. Long time ago, not sure at all about the date.

Description of Work: I called him to get an estimate on unclogging our outside drain in our basement stairwell. He gave me other very good options that I could do myself instead of charging me for a service call. Very professional and I will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing need.

Description of Work: I brought them in via an Angie's Deal. I have a main bathroom sink that always drains slowly. They came in and assessed and even went to the local Home Depot for a special part. They were not able to fix it completely but they were able to open it up a bit so that it did not drain quite so slowly. They told me that the real issue is the sink that was purchased when we had out bathroom updated. Evidently there is a flaw in the design of the way the pipes handle the outflow of water. Ultimately I will probably have to have it replaced. I would use them again because of how professional and customer service oriented they were.
