Fantastic. Scotty is great! I usually don't have to wait for service but when I do it's just a day or two not weeks.

They were okay. They temporarily fixed the problem.

Our sump pump was going bad and many times I needed to tap the float to get it to activate. The weather forecast was calling for 3 to 5 inches of rain later in the week and I did not want to take a chance with a faulty pump. I called Plumb Crazy on Wednesday 5-14 and told Scott what we needed. He set up an appointment for that day and came out on time. Scott and Jess diagnosed a bad sump pump and replaced it with a new one. With the wet weather pumps were selling fast and they found one close by. The new pump was in in less than one hour after they returned. They replaced the lid to the well area and rewound the wiring to the pump. We did get several inches of rain and the pump worked extremely well. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely use their Company again.

It all went extremely well. With a 12-3 window, the contractor arrived between 1 and 1:30, and got everything done quickly. All work under warrantee for a year, and all seems to have been done well. He also let me know about an old valve that may need replacing in the near future, and told me what it would cost. The company was upfront about all pricing, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. I would definitely use them again.

They had to deal with a difficult repair of a busted pipe to an outside hose spigot. I knew before they even showed up that they were going to have to do some cutting underneath a cabinet to get to the pipe. They were more concerned then I was about the damage that would cause and worked hard to find an alternative way of doing it. I was so impressed that they wanted to do a quality repair and do it with as little damage as possible. All in all the repair was very challenging and they came up with a great way to both fix it and improve the way the piping ran to the spigot. To top it off they charged a very fair price for the job. This is the second time I have used them and I find them to be both honest and very professional

These guys were terrific. They required very little interaction once they got to work and the benefit of them charging by the job instead of by the hour, was the fact that I had four guys working simultaneously on the same job! Long story short, they're in my rolodex now as our plumber

The Serviceman who came to our house reeked of cigarettes so much that it took hours to get the smell from our house. He looked sloppy and was not very professional

I called Plumb Crazy out here to fix a leaking toilet in my basement. They were very polite and responsive. They arrived right on time and were able to fix the toilet, though they did have to run out and buy parts because it was not a common model of toilet. I had them look at a second toilet in my master bathroom, and they recommended replacing as the bolts inside were rusting & it was in danger of leaking at any time (the back of the toilet was wobbling on the rusty bolts). Went ahead and scheduled for them to come out to replace. They always arrived on time & were polite and responsive. $599 originally for the toilet replacement (-$25 for AL discount -$20 in other discounts); $299 for toilet repair (non-common toilet type).

Scot was super friendly, helpful and accommodating and worked to save me money. Instead of replacing the entire shower valve, he was able to secure a part for an old shower valve saving me about $450 and the need to cut through drywall to replace the entire valve. I have also turned to Scot on a couple of other occasions where he was not able to help, but he was kind enough to refer me to someone who could. Once, I had an emergency but it was too far away for him to get to quickly and another time, I wanted to get a price on some work that was not his specialty and again, he came through with a name of someone who could. I have greatly appreciated his honesty and willingness to refer me to others when he was unable to assist. Will definitely use him in the future and am happy to refer him to friends.

Scott and Chuck were punctual and courteous. They helped move some furniture and boxes stacked in the room (water cleanup company moved stuff earlier in week which blocked access to the pipe needing repair). Scott had to climb over stuff in the laundry room several times to troubleshoot the leak and gain access to the bleeder valve. He did so without hesitation or complaint. The work took an hour, maybe less. As part of the repair, they provided estimate for the replacement of the spigot in the front of the house which they gave, along with recommendation for the type of valve to use and even let me examine the type of unit they could replace it with. Due to space limitations (ServePro was performing water mitigation) they came back and completed replacement of outside spigot which took 45min to an hour total. They also offered a recommendation for a drywall repair professional which we've contacted to complete repairs. Scott and his company are fantastic and I'll definitely be using them for any other plumbing projects in my home.

just great. Were honest that they could repair both without added expenses of replacement and costly repairs. Had a new faucet at the ready to install, but they suggested a fix to the old, better quality faucet. explain what they were doing. Was afraid there might be wall damage to fix the shower, but it wasn't necessary - just fixed what needed fixing. Also, we were in an unusual weather pattern of freezing temperatures for our area ,,,they told how busy they had been with burst pipes, etc. But they kept their appointment - not a hint of "reschedule due to emergency calls", Were true to their word, and even took shoes off before coming in the house. Would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Called Plumb Crazy at 11:00 a.m. and spoke to the owner Chris. I asked what the standard cost was to unclog a kitchen drain, he gave me a price over the phone. I asked if someone could be out the same day, and was told that someone would be there between 12:00 and 3:00 p.m. By 1:00 p.m. Chris and his helper were done with clearing the partial blockage. I really appreciate his professionalism and quick response. I would definitely recommend Plumb Crazy and plan to use them in the future.

Emergency service - expansion tank sprung a leak late Friday night and was flooding our basement. After getting the run around from our home warranty folks, we called the plumbers and they were out as soon as possible, helping us minimize damage to our home. The plumber was awesome, he explained what the charges were, why the leak happened, and was all around very friendly and informative. I would use them again and refer them in a heartbeat!! The prices were very reasonable also.

Scott and Rheese were on time and did excellent work. After reviewing what I thought I needed they made recommendations they felt were more appropriate, including not replacing a toilet that only needed a supply line replacement. In the bathroom where they did replace the toilet, they had to make alterations in the baseboards to make it fit correctly. There was rust on the floor where the toilet had a small leak and they worked on the floor to remove the spot and provide a really great finished job.

After I request Plum Crazy contact me to discuss problem and get an estimate via email, Scott called me to discuss while out on other calls. He came by to verify the parts required on his day off and scheduled the work a few days later. He and his helper arrived early after calling ahead and ensure that early arrival was convenient. Work was performed as discussed and he tested our water pressure which as low as we had discussed. He did not charge for the test and made the adjustment on the pressure regulator to see if a simple adjustment would be satisfactory. I was impressed that he did not immediately try to sell me the need for a new regulator which seems to be common practice. Scott at Plum-Crazy was very professional, honest and detail oriented. Will definitely use next time I need plumbing services.

I called at 7:30 am. Scoot answered and gave me a window between 2-4. He and an assistant arrived at 3:15. They had a;; the jobs done within 2 hours. Polite, professional and reasonable cost.

I would highly recommend this company. Scott was professional, prompt, and courteous. He analyzed the problem and replaced the water heater in the same day since I was off of work. I'm not sure if he is the cheapest plumber in town, but he made a stressful day more manageable and that was a great relief.

We had a recent toilet drain clog which caused a major overflow problem. We have used Plumb Crazy in the past and their response was immediate. Scott (owner) juggled his schedule to respond ASAP. He was able to rectify the problem within minutes of showing up. Also, we have additionally used Plumb Crazy's services for a new hot water heater replacement, outdoor water spigot installation, and other various plumbing services for over 7 years. He is always prompt returning your calls, he provides a honest assessment to your situation, and his service cost are the best in my opinion. Plumb Crazy is my one and only call for all plumbing services. Also, Scott is a great person to deal with.

Scott and his apprentice showed up right on time, inspected the situation and explained their approach. They explained things along the way and gave us some good hints and tips for future remodel efforts, including our big kitchen remodel in the spring. We stood and talked with them for quite a while after the job and really liked them both. They did great work, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a great plumbing company.

Scott was great. He took my call on the weekend and provided suggestions over the phone that created a temporary workaround. He and his assistant showed up right on time the next morning and quickly resolved the issue. He and his company were great to work wth. Prompt and a fair price for the service provided. Definitely would call again for plumbing work.

We contacted Plumb Crazy for a quote. Scott and his helper came, and looked at our issues. Scott provided a lot of information, and gave us a very fair quote for the repairs and replacements. We hired Plumb Crazy to complete our work. Since a new floor was going in before the replacement of the flange and toilet, Scott came out to pull the toilet and remove old flange the day the floor was going in. A day after the floor went in Scott came and completed the work in our home. I felt that Scott was very easy to work with and did quality work on our repairs, for a very fair price. I would highly recommend Plumb Crazy and plan to use them for all our future plumbing needs.

After unsuccessfully working with another plumber to purchase a new toilet for our master bathroom, we called this company and the toilet was purchased and installed within a few days. Good price, excellent responsiveness, very professional. I would recommend them.
