Description of Work: Found and fixed bathroom leak, (tricky to find, and trace back to bathroom. And did it with a minimum of mess). Replaced basket drain in kitchen sink. Cleaned up after themselves, too!

Description of Work: Plumb Crazy has been our go-to plumbing service for the last 7-8 years. We strongly recommend them. They are totally reliable and do great work at a fair price. We've had a number of relatively small jobs done (the most recent was replacing the locked up valves under a bathroom sink and installing a new faucet) and one really major job done (excavating and replacing a collapsed sewage line under our kitchen--which led to a total kitchen remodel). They may not be the cheapest, but their pricing is fair, straightforward, and typically per-job rather than hourly (so you know what you're going to pay up front). They were especially helpful in dealing with our insurance with the kitchen repair. They are always willing to help and will help you think about your options. They are a great plumbing service.

Description of Work: Replaced a dump pump. Previously replaced water heater. We had another issue that we called them for, but could not get them to schedule it in a timely manner.

Description of Work: I had several plumbing problems, burst commode pipes, leaks, Garbage disposal...etc |Some were emergencies. They always came right out or made time for me, even on the way home from their work...Always helpful, honest & trusty.

Description of Work: Nothing, they never even returned my call. If they only do commercial then they should not have residential painted on the side of their vans and they could have at least returned my call to let me know this or why they would not do the work. i did get someone else to come out and do the work.

Description of Work: They did nothing. They rudely mentioned that they would not service my area. They provided no alternative or help of any kind. What good is this company?

Description of Work: They fixed a clogged garbage disposal without installing a new one. I called because my garbage disposal got stuck on Christmas Day, and I couldn't figure out what was caught in it. When I asked if I could buy my own replacement, Scott advised the one to buy just in case the old one needed to be replaced. They came out the next day, earlier than scheduled even, and were able to remove a piece of metal stuck in the disposal. They didn't think I needed to replace it. They also installed the new toilet flap I had bought free of charge. It only cost me $159.00 for the service, and I plan to return the new disposal. This company has done a lot of work for me over the years, and I have been very happy with their work. They are friendly, honest, and competent.

Description of Work: I've used Plumb Crazy before and always been happy with their services. This time, I had a leak in one ceiling that I thought might have been from the tub in the bathroom above. Plumb Crazy arrived on time and investigated. They determined that the leak was actually from a siding/roofing issue. They didn't charge me for their visit, despite having pulled apart things (and put them back together) to make their determination.
