Description of Work: very pleased with the contractual relationship that takes care of my plumbing and HVAC checkups and repairs. Punctual, efficient, effective and affordably priced.

Description of Work: Installed a Mitsubishi split unit AC/Heating Unit. The techs were on time, neat and very professional. I've also had them install two bathroom sinks and toilets. Will definitely use them forever!

Description of Work: They ran a water line from my sink to where a new refrigerator was going to go, a distance of about 15 feet. It required the servicemen to thread copper tubing blind behind a corner lazy susan cabinet which they did with great skill.They were finished in the time they had estimated and at the cost they had estimated. They were also able to arrange for the service call within 24 hours which was amazing.

Description of Work: Replaced capacitor. Quick diagnosis. Hard part in truck. Checked system for issues. Suggested some maintenance plan options and preventative maintenance options.

Description of Work: fixed my a/c and charged over $100 for each freeon they used and I heard the cost is about $75....but, they came as soon as I called the next day and said they had to wait 24 hours since the unit was frozen..the next day they came and fixed it.

Description of Work: I had an existing forced heat system with duct work. M.E. Flow upgraded my furnace, installed the AC coil and installed the HVAC unit; ran electric and outside duct work for the system. I had a great experience. They were on time, efficient and even finished ahead of time by over an hour. I would definitely recommend M.E. Flow and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: A plumbing serviceman came to complete a warrantied repair. When completed, he left a hand towel in the same laundry sink that the water system back flushes into. The next morning we found our basement floor flooded. We contacted M.E Flow. They sent out a service man to inspect the system and noted that the sink had likely overflowed during an overnight back flush -- basically confirming what we deduced regarding the hand towel left by the prior serviceman. No further effort was made by M.E. Flow to assist with cleanup of the basement carpets that had been completely saturated from the flooding. My attempts to contact the plumbing survive manager went unanswered -- no call backs from M.E. flow were made. I subsequently cancelled my heater system inspection set for the next week. I'm now going to return to Angie's list to locate a new plumbing and heating service.

Description of Work: It was a pleasure working with M.E. Flow. They arrived punctually on their first visit, but later forgot to order needed parts. When called, they were responsive and professional, and made it right. They were neither the most nor the least expensive of the companies we called. We felt like we received good recommendations and value.
