He did a very good job. It's hard to compare prices with these kinds of services. I assume that they had a routine price. They came and installed it quickly and efficiently. Within a day or two, they were gone. They did very well. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Everything went nicely.

So far everything is fine. First of all, they have an exceedingly fast response. I have a plumbing and heating contract with them but the response is almost always within hours. They have an experienced group of plumbers and the work is satisfactorily done. They did some work on another toilet and this was a month or two ago. It was slightly clogged. They suggested that the toilet has to be replaced. I did not agree to that and actually took the plumbers into the toilet. It’s been a month I guess. I’m still not prepared to say that we will need a new toilet. So far it’s been good. I would use their services again in the future.

We have a service contract with them and they come over, once every 6 months. They are very prompt and do a good job. They are on time for the job and I am satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them and will continue to use the same in future.

We had a positive experience with ME Flow. We called ME Flow because of the recommendations from this site. They sent a technician the next day (who showed up when he said he would). He answered my questions about the pros and cons of fixing the motor versus replacing the old HVAC. In the end, we chose to replace the fan. The tech showed me the old one and what was wrong with it compared to the new one. The replacement took about an hour. It has been working well since. We could call them again and in fact signed up for their service contract that gave us a small discount on the repair.

He has been very reasonable, fine, and honest. I rate him high overall.

He has done a lot of plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning. They have an exceedingly fast response. They come out sometimes in an hour and rarely over 24 hours. We have service contracts for a couple things with them. They fix things quickly, competently, and on the first visit.

We spent about $150 or $190 on that service and my husband thought that it was too expensive. He also did a fantastic job on our other bathroom that we used him for. We like that they come quickly and fix it quickly and we don?t have to worry about it. We would tell others that they come quickly and are very professional. We like him.

We had water on our basement floor and had been told by a few people that it was probably from a leaking drain pipe under the concrete slab. ME Flow came out to give us a second (or third) opinion and used their knowledge and critical thinking to determine that the leak was not likely coming from below. They removed some drywall and found a 2 foot crack in a drainpipe coming from the upstairs. After having so many people offer us incorrect opinions on the situation, I was so thankful to have ME Flow actually do the work necessary to accurately diagnose the problem. The plumbers were very friendly as well. We would have used them for the actual repair but we had to go with a different company in order to get it covered under our home warranty.

We have a service contract with them based on the one that the previous owner of the house had. He had a brand new heating and air-conditioning system installed in 2005. We bought the house in 2007 and we were able to take over the contract as a result of buying the house. We pay them on a yearly basis. They come in a couple of times a year and service the system. It's part of the deal in keeping the warranty current. They are generally fine. Their technician comes in and does his thing and he usually takes a half an hour. We will continue to use them in the future.

On a scale of one to ten I'd give them a nine. They were quick and seemed to be thorough. I really didn't like how the salesman tried to sell a new system right away, but that is to be expected.

They are very responsive and customer oriented. They are so helpful. They may cost a little more but for the quality, its very worth.

I had a leaking, erratic water heater that needed replacement. I used Angie's List to find a local firm to do the work. M E Flow was highly rated and local, so I used them. They gave me a phone estimate, time of arrival, and estimated time to finish the work. Everything was spot-on.

I called ME Flow for repair of my air conditioning unit. They repaired it in 2008 and I thought it needed freon as my house was not cooling down. Josh was the technician who came to repair the unit. He assessed the situation and gave me some recommendations for repair and cleaning in addition to more freon. He also offered an annual maintenance plan for heat/air check up which I opted for, with the service call fee waived for this visit. There is a small leak in my unit but I did not opt to replace it at this time; He advised that the R-22 product my unit takes is being phased out so I should consider planning for a more environmentally friendly unit. Water heater went out on Saturday and was unable to find anybody (including M.E. Flow) to provide emergency service. I called M.E.Flow on Monday morning and the response was astonishing. Within 2 1/2 hours after my call, they left my house with a new professionally installed water heater. The work was quickly and competently done. As I found out later, the price was somewhat higher than similar services in the area but I certainly can't complain about the remarkable response time.

A/C not working. We called this company due to the wonderful experience we had previously. The service technician confirmed the problem (in little time). We needed a new A/C. Would have probably purchased one from this company if they had been responsive as to whether or not the unit was available and an estimated time for installation. (This is during the heatwave.) They called a week after we purchased from another company.

Without fail, ME Flow will call you back immediately and tell you when they can get to you. They also have an emergency arm that can provide services to you after hours. In one instance a property I look after, I am a real estate agent, flooded over the New Year's weekend of 2010. They responded immediately and secured the toilet that contributed to the leak. They recently fixed our tub that needed to be snaked, a toilet that was running and a garbage disposal that was not performing properly. They are always super courteous and professional. I would never hesitate to leave them alone in my house. They always clean everything up and you would never know they were there. They want a happy customer and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied!

I had a mixed experience at first, which was eventually completely and satisfactorily resolved. Basically, I felt I was over charged for the drain purge procedure. This was partly my fault because I was in a rush and just wrote a check for the fix, which I should not have done. (Always read your invoice closely and mark "decline" on items you have a problem with, with MEFlow or anybody. That way you can send a check later when things are straightened out.) A few hours later, I reviewed the work items and the drain purge was, I thought, overly expensive - charged me $166 to clear a piece of pipe that could have been replaced for $5. So, I played phone tag with the service manager, getting hotter about it for a a couple of weeks until I wrote them a email. In about half an hour, the senior manager had sent a nice note and promised a refund for the disputed item, and a check for $166 arrived a few days later. CLASS ACT! I would still be careful a look at each work item, and try to get a sense of time and effort involved for the amount being charged. That said, MEFlow was fast, got the fix done, and resolved my problem after I wrote them a note. I will be having them bid on replacing the system when the time comes.

They did come out on a Saturday and didn't charge a weekend rate, which was nice. The man I schedule it with was very nice. They did find the pin hole leak and fixed it. Another company came to clean the rug that had been leaked on and found there was another leak down the pipe. The original guy came back to fix the second leak and he said he didn't see it the first time because the whole area was so wet. They did charge me more money to replace the pipe he put in Saturday. I just felt like if he had caught the leak Saturday I wouldn't have paid for the pipe on Monday. Although they were very nice and hooked me up with the company to clean the rug. They didn't charge me a fee to come out and asses the leak in the first place so I guess it all evens out.

The response was quick and professional. The service was good. The price is fair, but higher than others would have charged (especially during normal hours). What makes it worth it is that they have enough well trained staff to get there after hours.

Turned out the leak that went three floors down was due to worn out grout in shower. House was built in 1991. we decided to replace the old tile and put in new fixtures so we call them back. The plumber suggested we just get a different fixture and it saved us about $500 in manifold work. Professional. Honest. Will go to the top of my "Rolodex" for any future work.

They have been giving us good service, overall.

They were fine but we didn?t use this company. I would keep looking around before using this company.

They haven't been very good about following through. They were opened on Saturday which was nice and they had a standard fee for the inspection. We also talked to them about water treatment and thats where they dropped the ball. I haven't had any problems with the quality of the products, although they ordered a shower valve and it was the wrong thing so my husband just replaced it again. They did have a piece we needed for the leak with the furnace that they found so my husband put that in himself. There was some miscommunication there that wasn't entirely their fault.

Unfortunately, the correct zone control board was not installed, so the heat was not working. They came out the next week and fixed it. Six months later, I had another part fail. Anybody who knows anything about basic electricity knows that it was basic motor failure on a zone control damper. The technician took apart the whole unit and was not figuring it out. I called the office and they knew right away just over the phone what the problem was. They sent the same guy back out to install the new part. Later, that same part went bad again. This was a problem with the manufacturer. I told them not to send someone out until they had the part this time. I have not had a problem since.

So far, everything has turned out well. I have used them for other plumbing and heating and cooling. I received a good discount as well due to the contract I have with them. They worked with me on the scheduling too. The work appears to be great and they were careful to not damage anything while jackhammering and making any holes in the basement.
