I am not sure about the price and I don’t have anything to compare it to. The quality of their work seemed fine. We would use their services in the future too.

I called to get an estimate on main sewer pipe excavation and repair. I told him that I had two different plumbing companies that used cameras to check the sewer pipe and marked the spot. But he still required me to pay for his own camering before making any estimate. I refused to do it.

As this is more of a general review and not a specific one, due to the nature of the situation, I cannot really give a "start to finish" story here, other than to say I have been impressed with ME Flow on each call, from the folks in the office, who are professional and courteous, to the guys in the field, who know their stuff and do it well.

A neighbor recommended ME Flow to me as a bit more expensive than the typical plumber, but a better value because they are high-quality, punctual, professional and available. All this turned out to be correct. We have had them out twice to fix minor plumbing issues, and each time they were super-fast, showed up in the correct time window, and were clear and professional about what they did. I definitely paid more (I'm guessing, but I'd say about 20% more) than I have previously paid but I got much better service, and on balance I would prefer to choose that tradeoff and I will definitely use ME Flow again.

I was very pleased with the service and the price. The staff they sent out was courteous and professional. We also called them for a quote on some bathroom work and never heard back. I would use them again for heating.

ME Flow was recommended by a neighbor for plumbing and an acquaintance from church for heating and A/C so I gave them a call. Technician was honest and offered several options for both repairing and replacing our nine-year old builder grade heating and A/C unit. There was no pressure for a particular option, just an honest evaluation of what the ramifications would be although he did have to "call the boss" to agree to some of my minor haggling. We selected a 15 SEER, variable speed, two stage American Standard full replacement system which included a ten-year parts and labor warranty. Installation personnel were professional and pleasant to speak with, on time, took extreme care to cover the floor and furniture and cleaned up after themselves as if they were never here. It is VERY difficult to compare prices without being charged a service call from the other companies and the supply warehouses will not divulge the equipment cost to a retail consumer. A very thorough internet search yielded no information. Although I marked excellent for price - I probably should have marked N/A since there is no way to tell. I can say that this time of year (between seasons) is an extremely slow time (our install was the next day) for these companies and I recommend asking for their lowest price and then making an offer from there. If you want to pay for a few of the highly recommended companies to come out and provide quotes - make sure you know what you want to ensure you are comparing comparable systems. Overall experience - EXCELLENT and I think I received a good price. I especially like that I am building what I hope to be a long term relationship with this company. ME Flow receives my highest recommendation.

Arrived on time, worked fast and havent had a problem since

Great start, fine promises, total inability to deliver on promises.

Cleaned out the blocked kitchen drain. Technican Johno was professional and efficient, did a through whole house inspection as part of service agreement that we entered into. Inspection included hot water heater pressure & electrical check. Water pressure regulator check, and check of all plumbing to sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers. We would not hesitate to use this plumber or his firm again.

I used them probably in January. They were just generally helpful and they were able to diagnose the problem that the bunch of other people couldn't figure it out.

They were very patient. I was late getting there, but they were happy to do the work for me. They were courteous and polite. They cleaned up after themselves.

M.E. Flow responded quickly to a Monday morning call and arrived within three hours. I appreciated the quick response since my usual repair company couldn't come out until the next morning. I authorized the minimum repairs to get the system running for a few days. Then M.E. Flow gave me a price quote for additional items needed to fully repair the system. Then I contacted my usual repair company (Mannix Heating and Cooling) to make the major/final repairs. M.E. Flow's prices were at least 30% higher. For some items, like freon, their prices were double. Their price for replacement of the fan blower motor was $200 higher than other quotes. I was willing to pay a higher price for what amounted to emergency repairs, but I would not hire M.E. Flow again for non-emergency services where high prices are not justified.

ME Flow came out a day earlier than anyone else could get us in. We still had to wait 2 days with no a/c. They tested for leaks and found substantial leaks in the coils. Showed us with their equipment where the leaks were. Replaced the a/c unit both inside and out with a new unit. Signed us up for a maintenance contract which saved us money on the installation. The guys were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. No complaints.

They did a great job and didn’t charge me anything extra. They gave me a year’s service contract, too. I like their services and will use the same in future.

It was part of their service agreement. They come out twice a year. They are an HVAC and plumbing company. They are very knowledgeable and very professional. They know what they're doing. They are very fair in their pricing too.

. We ended going with them because they had had something like 28 positive reviews. But we ended up with a snag. They told us that there was one repair that needed to get done. But when they did get that first repair they, then found a trekking problem. The scheduling for getting the second problem resolved versus a huge pain. They ordered the part and they said that they would call us as soon as it arrives. So few days go by and I ended up having to call, I think, three times trying to get the status on it. They said that they would call me back and they did not. Then they suddenly discovered that it was there. All this was during record summer heat. I had to do a lot on my end to get the second appointment just to get it done because I could not use the A.C. till the second work was done. They did it. The nice thing is that they discounted the second repair. But when they scheduled it, my father-in-law took a day off and they did not show up. They gave us a two hour window and they did not show up, nor did they call. We had to call them three or four times and find out what was going on. Then by around late afternoon they said that they were on their way by then I did not wish them to come out. They had to re-schedule. They did come out a Saturday which they re-schedule overtime for but they agreed to do. They gave us $75 off for the inconvenience. I had to do too much work at my end to get the service done in the end. I felt that they were dragging their feet a little bit. Maybe it is the busy time of the year or the part must have got lost somewhere. But it did not measure up to the length I was put through. I did receive a significant discount. We did receive a quote from another company and I feel they were much better than what we could have ended up with. Price wise I have heard that you could really be scammed by A.C repair people. This is my first experience with this Company so it is difficult to compare. Quality wise nothing has broken down since. I understand that they have one year warranty on any work they do. So I felt pretty secure that if something else went wrong afterwards that we would be in good shape. I appreciated that. I am not sure if I would use them in the future.

It is always a pleasure to deal with whoever happens to show up at my appointment, either h/c or plumbing. They are always very knowledgeable and professional. The last two occasions I have used them they have 1) had to reschedule, or 2) showed up at the very end of the 4 hour window. But neither of these appointments were crucial -- just more routine items. They have come out to my house very quickly when I needed them to do so due to a water leak, etc.

They have been good; they call to schedule an appointment, come on time, are clean and professional. They have helped me baby my 35 year old heating system.

They were prompt and did things the right way. I was very happy with them.

We had originally scheduled for them to come by on Friday afternoon. I had taken the afternoon off from work on Friday to wait for them only to get a phone call at around 4pm saying that they got stuck on another job and wouldn't be able to make it. So we rescheduled for them to come on Saturday. The man came by on Saturday and told me that they could either replace parts or replace the whole system but with the amount of work to be done, he recommended that the entire system be replaced and would contact his sales person to come by and take a look so that they could provide me with a quote. The sales person came by later that afternoon and said that they could probably replace all the parts for about $2,500 or the entire system for about $4,000,but that he'd have to go back to the office and look up the cost of everything and get back to me with an actual official quote. He was supposed to call me on Monday and did not get back to me until Wednesday. By that time I haed already decided to go with another company.

They came out on Christmas Eve, which was good. It worked out fine but they were very expensive. They were okay for the repairs. I will not be using their services for HVAC replacement due to cost factors and I have decided to take a long-term contract with another organization.

I would recommend them without reservation in all ways. They are professional and knowledgeable. There pricing is up front and there have been no surpises. All work has been completed as promised on time and in a professional manner

I have a yearly contract with them. They are cheaper than the ones I used to use earlier. They come out twice a year to service the furnace and air conditioner. When I was sick they used to keep calling me and used to send me notes to get my service done. I wasn't available at that time. Their plumbing service costs $85 a year. They charge us for plumbing, but they don't charge us for each trip like a lot of plumbers do.
