I did not like anything about them. Their price was extremely expensive. They failed the city plumbing inspection three times. I finally had to hire another contractor to do the work. He was horrific. The price was outrageous and the quality of work was horrible. The professionalism was obviously not good. I will say they did show up on time but they did not do the work right.

Work was completed in a very timely fashion and everything has been working well. The technician also pointed out that by signing up for a maintenance contract I would actually save that amount off of the bill with the discount applied that day. I would certainly recommend them again.

Great experience from start to finish. When I called, the person I spoke to was polite and friendly. She scheduled my appointment for that same day based on a time that was convenient for me. The technician showed up promptly and he too was polite and friendly. He was attentive to my explanation of our long history of trouble with our half bath toilet. After he assessed the situation, he explained the issues with the toilet and made recommendations on how to solve the issue. He promptly completed the work, cleaned up after himself and reviewed everything he had done with me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure all my questions were answered. Tim was very friendly and personable....I enjoyed having him in my home.

The service was fine. They did a good job and were very efficient. They were in and out. They made sure everything was cleaned up after the service was performed. I felt the price was high.

I wish I could give this company an "A++++"! I had the company that I normally use come out this morning because my heater on the main level was not working. The gentleman arrived, went down to the basement for about 15 minutes. When he came back up, he told me he had "some bad news". I need a new circuit board which would take a week to arrive and would run $1000.00. He suggested I just go ahead and replace the unit since the unit is about 7 years old. He then went on to say that if I used the company he worked for it would be $4500.00 but he could do it on the side this weekend for $2500.00. This bothered me. I sent him on his way and told him "I would think about it". There was no way I was going to ever use this guy. After he left, I went onto Angie's List and found M.E. Flow. I called, spoke with a very professional gentleman. I did not tell him of my experience earlier in the day. I just asked if someone could come out and take a look at the unit. A very nice young man named Chris was here within a few hours. Guess what! I have heat. The circuit board is fine. He replaced a capacitor which was still functioning, but not at full capacity. ($87.00). I didn't have to pay for the service call as I immediately signed up for the maintenance program for all 3 of my units. That is why the full price is 477.00. Chris vacuumed out the unit, changed the filter and the capacitor. He was here for quite sometime, all the while explaining everything in detail. He even left the bad capacitor so I could show my husband. I highly recommend this company. It turns out this company services many of my neighbors.

Roman the tech was very professional and explained what our previous contractor had done wrong in plain English. Then went on to clearly tell us what he suggested we do to fix the problems. He gave us the most cost effective option instead of trying to get us to take the option that was costlier but that didn't meet my family's needs. He notified us when he was running late to service appointments. A fuse needed to be ordered and the company was prompt in letting us know as well as giving us an estimated time of delivery of the part. I had no trouble getting staff members on the telephone when I needed to call ME Flow and they were prompt in returning calls. It was refreshing to have a contractor level with us about our heating system and give us options to resolve the problem that we could live with and afford.

They always call when they are on the way and when they are about to come before few minutes. They always explain what they are doing and what they are going to do.

They are punctual, professional and helpful.

Kitchen drain was partially clogged and draining slowly and erratically. Plumber arrived within two hours, very courteous and professional. Addressed a clog approximately 50' down the drain. I really appreciated the prompt service, even though this was not an emergency.

They were very thorough and they did a neat job. There was one question that we had. They came out right away and solved it. So, they were responsive. We did not want to pay that much but they were all pretty much the same. They were a little bit competitive.

I was pleased with the work although I cannot rate a five star on the price. It went well. They showed up on time and did the work. I don’t recall all the details. The guy was very cordial and got the work done. I can’t remember the details too much but I have several properties and I’m usually there, and I just can’t recall that one right now. I think they showed up when they said they were going to. I can recommend them. They were responsive and came right away. I might not necessarily use them again on the same unit but I don’t know if I would necessarily use them on something else. I would possibly use their services again in the future.

I came home from a couple days away to find that the display on my thermostat was blank. Unable to find a solution, I called ME Flow, with whom I have a service contract. They sent a tech out the next day who diagnosed a failed blower controller board in our attic furnace. They initially recommended replacing the board at a cost of about $500 and waiting three days for the part to arrive. After further discussion about the 20 year old unit, I decided it was wiser to replace than continue to patch a slowly dying piece. I came to agreement with ME Flow on the unit and price and they were able to schedule my install for the next day. The install crew arrived on time, 8:00, the next day. They were reasonably professional and laid out drop clothes to keep my home clean. They completed the job in about the time that they promised, by 6:00. They told me that they had to replace some ductwork due to some mold that was found for which I was grateful. After they left, I found myself a bit disappointed in the cleanup. My daughter found quite a few pieces of wire and sheet metal screws on various places on her floor. I also had mud on my front yard from there work installing the outside AC compressor. My biggest disappointment is when I entered the attic to check out the work, I found that my access stairs now had a duct running across the opening right where I would take my first step into the attic. This was completely unprofessional and unsafe. It was flexible duct that could have been easily run around the opening but simply was laid without thought to access. I called the installation manager the next day and told him of my disapproval. He agreed that this was poor and to have one of his techs come out to fix this. We got this scheduled quickly and the repair was completed -- in only about 10 minutes. Overall, they did a good job and corrected the error reasonably quickly.

ME Flow Company was overpriced and I did not have time to get another estimate. The work was performed satisfactorily. The technicians spent an incredible amount of time sitting around and wasting time which I was paying for. They worked very competently though. I would probably use them in the future only if I didn't find anyone else for this kind of work.

We just had really great service from them. We spent $319 for a service call and $7500 for a new system. Air conditioning systems are really expensive. They had a technician who responded to our service call. He actually determined that the heat pump, which was 12 years old, and they have a life expectancy of 10, was irreparable. He showed my husband all of the different parts that were not working and he explained in very great detail how they worked and why they were no longer working. He made a phone call for the sales guy to come out and show us all of the different options that we had. That guy was very knowledgeable and he brought all the information. He stayed and explained everything and they actually have some kind of arrangement with a major bank that they recommended. We were obviously not able to pay the $7500 on the spot to buy this new system. They recommended a particular bank that they use that has financing available. We were able to obtain interest free financing for 2/3 of the price. We paid a down payment and paid a third of it and we got interest free financing for a year which is great. We really appreciated their knowledge and help with recommending that. The guys who actually installed it came at the time they said they would. They hauled all the old stuff away. They installed the new system. They made sure we understood how it worked before they left. They showed us everything that they had done and used to come in and out of the house at least 20 different times and they put those little covers over their shoes so they wouldn’t track dirt into the house. They were just friendly and very knowledgeable. They were relatively young, one was in his 30’s and the other was younger than 30 and both of them have been with the company for 8-10 years and that says a lot about the company as well. Everything has been holding up great and the system is really good. The salesman told us that our electricity bills will drop and the first bill we got was $40 less than the month before. It should have been increasing because we are in northern Virginia and are starting to have some cold weather.

We spent somewhere around $200. Our experience with them was excellent. The quality of their work made our experience excellent.

From the initial phone call to the moment the serviceman left, we had prompt, professional service.

We called for an apponitment and found the company to be very flexible with appontment times. The technician called the night before to give us a time estimate and he arrived about 10 minutes earlier than his estimate. He serviced our two A/C units and recommended some changes to the thermostat. We had a very positive experience.

Replaced upstairs unit and outside unit. A/C and heatpump 16 SEER 4 Ton unit American Standard. the only reason I gave a FAIR price grade was that I had to have the unit installed the next day....guests arriving and staying a week. I did not have time to price shop. I was very pleased with installation and the clean up. The men were very diligent about keeping booties on and not making a mess of the carpet. It was an attic installation, so there was quite a bit of trekking back and forth on carpet and on mahoghany floors. No scratches, no dirt etc. I have also used MEFlow for my routine maintenance on all three units in the house for the past two years. They also performed work on the water heater and have replaced a furnace (gas) two years ago. No problems with that installation either.

The technician was scheduled to show for the first appointment at 8:00 AM and showed at 9:30 AM. The service was professional and swift. The reason for the B and not the A is the price of the service. ME Flow charged $175 for a thermostat I could have purchased at Home Depot for $37.99 and the thermostat didn't include a programming feature. If I wanted to purchase the part on my own and have them install the part, I would have to pay another $90 site fee as well as the cost of labor. This will be the reason I hesitate to use this company in the future. Strictly based on price.

They did a great job. My experience with them was good. They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They did everything they said they were going to do. I couldn’t have been happier. Their price was competitive with everybody else. Their quality of service was great. My air conditioning unit had gone out and I called them and they came within a day. They were on time and it took exactly as long as they thought it would take to get the job done. They were professional. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The technician was awesome, kept me informed and was very professional. He did a great job and I would call this company again for any other needs that occur in my home. High marks for this company. Thank you

We called on Friday evening after the gas company came to shut off the gas Saturday AM just as tropical storm Irene entered the picture. Tim arrived to see the problem. He came back on Sunday to make the repair. Monday the gas company checked the repair and turned on the gas. Thank you Tim!

I don't remember how much the job cost. The job went very well. The price was very good and that's why we went with them. It was much cheaper than the other company that gave us an estimate. The quality of work was very good.

They were convenient. They were right there and they are pretty responsive. They are pretty quick. I would use them again.
