M.E. Flow, Inc. has been providing exceptional heating, cooling, and plumbing services to residents of northern Virginia since 1951. We are family-owned and operated, and currently in our third generation. We are a team of professionals who are licensed to ensure compliance with the laws and codes of the state of Virginia. With office locations in Leesburg, Winchester, and Alexandria, there’s always a ME Flow team member nearby to serve you quickly. What’s unique about M.E. Flow is that the entire company adopts the original family tradition of our "customer first" philosophy in order to provide the best service possible. Fine no problems...
Description of Work: They came to my home, did an evaluation, and gave me several options. We agreed on a price And they installed a new system. They also removed the old equipment and cleaned up.

Professional job; fair price.
Description of Work: Had them come out to service our A/C. In the course of replacing the A/C, they discovered the heater was shot. They ended up replacing the heater and not charging for the original work on the A/C. Very professional technician.

Description of Work: We had a backed up sewer line coming in from the street on Easter day. We called and left a message that night, and they returned the call first thing Monday morning and were at the house by 9:00 am. They completed the work and discussed the problem. We were concerned that more repairs needed to be done, but they were very honest and told us it wasn't worth it. However, of we had any additional problems, they would come out right away. We haven't had a problem since then. I would definitely use them again, though certainly hope I don't have to any time soon!

Excellent, excellent, excellent.
Description of Work: They installed a complete heating and air conditioning system in my house. They did the best job anyone can get. They were very pleasant and very responsive to everything I asked for. They did make an error which they fixed immediately, and then even reimbursed me for the minor damage they made. It is rare for any business to go this far to assure that their customers are very satisfied.

Description of Work: I called them to come and fix my failing 21 year-old furnace. They suggested a new one as an alternative; gave me the cost. They did not charge for the repair of the old one; I signed a contract for a new one. We set a date 4 days later and they came at 8 AM on schedule, laid tarps to cover the floor and basement stairs, took out the old furnace and installed the new. Took 7 hours. Briefed me thoroughly on the work and the new set-up. Cleaned up and left. I am very happy. A++s all the way!
