Installed two new garage doors and took away old doors. Excellent service and competitive prices.

Representative was responsive, knowledgeable, and polite. Presented his garage door choices with door openers. Better than the competitors. He convinced me to go for the torque spring counter weight option which is a good thing. Discussed all the details and was very convincing. Received email by evening with the total estimate. After receiving competitor's estimate for the similar services discussed this with Loudoun Garage Door on the phone. LGD was offering options that did not need or want. Upgrades to door openers and other devices. Negotiations on the phone ended with a no sale. They lost a $2500 sale because of a $30 difference and an estimated schedule difference of 1 week.

Our home (built in 1997) has a two bay garage. Garage door openers were not installed at build and we've been using them manually for years. Several months ago, the torsion spring broke on one of the doors, making it difficult to open. We decided the time was long past to join the 21st Century and upgrade our doors. Several friends of ours had used Loudoun Garage Door and recommended them to us. We visited Loudoun Garage Door's headquarters where we were shown all options. We chose top of the line doors - metal, almond in color and fully insulated. We also selected two higher end openers, complete with remotes. We were promised a pre-installation visit the following week to insure everything would fit and work appropriately. The pre-installation visit went well, and we were instructed to clear the floor to 10-feet back prior to the installation. That happened the following week. Rob showed up right on time and spent several hours taking down the old doors and installing the new systems. This was a ton of work, but it was obvious Rob was well versed and expert in this area. He kept at it, and when done, spent time showing me how to use the remotes, introduced me to some "do's and don't's" and otherwise made sure I was ready to go. The doors are brilliant and work beautifully. They look fantastic and make hardly a sound when opening and closing. Having lived without them for so many years, having this convenience seems like a small miracle. We were thrilled with the response and service we've received from Loudoun Garage Door. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We're very happy with our new garage door-- wish we had done it sooner. The showroom sales people were very helpful in guiding us through the various options. The next day a technician came by the house to take some measurements go over some of the site-specific installation details. The door we ordered arrived a few weeks later and was installed that same day. Installation time was approx. 2 hours. We decided to keep our existing door opener. I was expecting at some point to be pressured into purchasing a new one to go with the new door, but that never happened. Overall a very positive experience. I highly recommend these guys.

Randy and his crew showed up when they said they would. He had adjusted our door last year after a big storm and thought it might need a part this time. He ordered just in case he would need it. Planning ahead so he wouldn't inconvenience us. The part wasn't needed so it was not installed. He adjusted the door since it was having a problem going down and staying down. He thoroughly explained what was going on and what we might expect in the future having such a heavy door. Randy installed this door a few years ago and has maintained it for us anytime that we have had to have him out. He has always been prompt and thorough when we have had him out.

Showed up on time, installed the door in about two hours. These were professional installers, made sure all was level, door looks fantastic, quiet, oh so quiet, big improvement. Hauled away old stuff. When closed, not a hint of light, top, bottom, sides, also a major improvement. Very very satisfied, cheaper by hundreds over the big boys. Retired in leesburg , fixed income.

Very prompt response to phone call. Scheduled service a few days later due to volume of repairs after the hurricane. They showed up on time and had the door fixed very quickly. No pressure to buy additional services at all. They did provide information regarding the projected life span of the garage door and possible replacements, but only after I asked about it. Great experience...a neighbor recommended them to us. Second visit: The repair man took the time to explain why it was happening. He answered all of my questions, and we decided to replace the door. We got an estimate from him, but decided to go with a different company solely based on when the replacement could be installed, since the door was no longer operational. We would definitely use Loudoun Garage Door again in the future for repairs and maintenance.

He arrived within the scheduled 2 hour window, was very courteous and efficient. He replaced the broken spring and did a check on my second door. Both are now opening and closing more smoothly than I can remember. I would highly recommend Loudoun Garage Door Inc. I decided to call them after reading reviews on Angie's List.

The technician arrived on time and was extremely nice. He removed the existing openers, installed the new ones and removed all of the trash. He also offered to re-program all of my vehicles that had a home-link system. I would highly recommend this company. Their price was reasonable, the sales person was great, and the technician did a superb job. I have used the Liftmaster openers before, and highly suggest them for anyone considering a replacement.

We visited the showroom in Leesburg around Thanksgiving to gather information about replacing our current garage door openers. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They answered numerous questions about garage doors and openers. We returned the same day to schedule our installation. They accommodated our double work schedules with a late afternoon appointment. The installer was prompt and professional. He stayed until we were both comfortable with the 'bells and whistles' of our new system and all remotes were working properly. We are thoroughly satisfied with our new QUIET (top priority) openers! We rated the price good because they charge 3% additional to use credit cards.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Loudoun Garage. When I initially contacted the company, I received friendly service and an immediate approximate quote which is what I was seeking. I was able to set an appointment within my time frame and the reporesentative arrived on time with a smile. He explained the entire process and provided details on the product to be installed. The installation took less time than anticipated and I was pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Loudoun Garage to my neighbors and friends.

I called them and they sent someone out almost immediately to provide a price quote for a repair. Since the repair cost was half the cost of a new door and my old door was eleven years old I asked about replacing it. I went to their showroom and picked out the new door and it was installed within about ten days. I was very happy with the responsiveness, installation and the overall job.

We went with Loudon Garage Door because they had the best price and they could fix our door that day. Our door was fixed quickly. The gentleman that did the work was courteous and helpful. Overall, I was very happy with our experience and would recommend them to friends.

The technician arrived promptly at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my Genie Screwdrive system. I knew nothing about the history of the existing opener as it came with the house I bought, knowing that it didn't open. The part which catches on the threads of the long screw was worn (stripped). He had a replacement part on hand and quickly replaced it. That fixed THAT problem, but exposed another problem - the electric eye safety device was defective. If anything passed through the electric eye's beam while the door was open, the door would not close. The technician replaced the electric eye parts, but it still didn't work right indicating a problem with the opener's main logic board. He spent a good half hour trying to get the electric eye problem fixed, but to no avail. He recommended getting a new opener and having it installed for $350.00, and if I bought a new opener and had him install it, all the charges pertaining to diagnosing the problems would be waived. By the time I paid for parts and labor to fix the old one, new remotes, etc. I'd be approaching the cost of a new system anyway. The price to install a new system sounded very reasonable to me, so I had him do it. He came back a few days later with a Chamberlain system with two remotes and and a keypad. Programming the keypad was a snap, and it features a temporary code you can program for a specified number of openings, or a specified number of hours available. This is a great feature where I don't have to give a key to the house to somebody or divulge the real (secret) code to anyone! This works great when having painters, carpet and vinyl flooring installers, various handymen enter the house. When they're done, I just enter a new temporary code to open once, then open the door using the new code, and no more temporary code until I program a new one. I'm very happy with the service and workmanship provided and I would recommend Loudon Garage Door to friends and family with confidence!
