Everyone at Loudoun Garage Door was very professional and nice to work with. Dawn helped us choose the style and color that we liked and that were acceptable to our HOA, and helped us decide on the level of insulation we wanted, and the features we wanted in the opener. We are so thrilled with our new garage door. It looks beautiful, and works perfectly - a lot quieter than the old door, too!

He was punctual and polite. Discovered the problem quickly and went above and beyond to make sure it was working. I would highly recommend this company!!!

They suggested a strut to fix the sag, and I was able to perform the install myself in 10 minutes and it fixed the problem. They offered all the install steps in person at their store, including hardware.

Our garage door opener was not working. They came out and diagnosed the problem (some stripped electrical wires leading into the opener unit), fixed it, and advised us on periodically greasing the garage door rollers.

The technician arrived as scheduled and did a great job in repairing the garage door spring. He was quite knowledgeable and gave us good tips for the future. This is the second time we have used Loudoun Garage Door and would not hesitate to used them again.

Great. Showed up quickly, installed expertly. New motor and guide works great after 60 days. This is their third visit in the past 7 years to fix or replace cheap door lifters installed by the builder. Loudoun Garage has always been able to respond quickly and do good work at a fair price. Integrity and competency. What else do you need in a contractor? It true that the belt drive is much much quieter and smoother than chain drive.

They were prompt with their service and taking the call. They got someone out there the day that we called them. They did a good service. It was a straightforward visit.

Called 11/14 for a garage door stuck in the closed position. Service call scheduled for 11/15...Dwight was on time and completed the work in less than one hour. Courteous and professional, he installed the set of torsion springs and tested the operation of the door as he completed the work. The price was quoted in advance as 'worst case' quote along with quotes for other possible problems. Very satisfied with the work and will use them again if needed.

Well, but the cost increased as they added new things they said I needed. Most probably they were needed, but they did not give me a good rate on the additional pricing. At least that is what I think. But overall, the job they did was good.

Loudoun Garage Door, Inc. are amazing. I started this process in August. The team provided several estimates (at least five), including the Multiple door style and insulation level, along with the motor. The ladies never pressured me to provide additional "up charges" like those other guys. I even went to their physical location in Leesburg ~ twice and they were as nice as could be and had patience of a Saint! My main reasons for going to Loudoun Garage Door are because they are a local establishment, with fair pricing, and wonderful service.

I contacted Loudoun Garage Door in the search to replace our old / loud garage doors. It was an awesome experience from the estimate, communication from the office keeping me up to date on the time line to the follow through. I can't recommend them highly enough. Randy is completely focused on his craft and is a true pro. I think the thing that makes a company great vs good is the follow through, when things don't go right. Well, after they installed our garage doors one of the openers was not working correctly. I called the office and within a couple days they were out with a brand NEW garage door opener. Most companies would argue with you or would do as little as possible thinking short term of how they can get away without spending money. Randy and his team think about the client from start to finish and AFTER. I am completely thrilled with my garage doors and the service I received. He arrived on time, thoroughly worked to ascertain the problem, and repaired the short in the system. He also recommended other options available to us, should we opt to put in a new system; however, he didn't oversell it.

They didn't make any mess at all and he collected all the stuff, and even they weren't much mess to us. They did a good job.

One of our spiral garage door springs broke. We called the night before and they were out the next day. We had Loudoun Garage Door replace both springs. They were very quick and left no mess behind. I had been having issues with our garage door opener and they showed me why. The gear was slowly deteriorating. They provided me several options to replace the garage door opener and I opted for the belt drive battery backup model. There was no sales pressure at all. They provided the facts and let me make the call. They came back the next day and replaced the opener. Very clean and professional job. The Lift Master opener is amazing. You can't hear the garage door open or close almost. It is so quiet. Their opener is a commercial quality in that the track is one full piece unlike the Craftsman one I had before that was 3 pieces of track put together. This means there is no bounce or bend in the track. It is very solid. I highly recommend Loudoun Garage Door.
