The deck portion of the project was complex and required the demolition of part of the existing concrete pad as well as en expansion of the previous footprint. The stairs required similar attention to detail to match the existing second story deck while preserving landscaping and mature azaleas that could not be replaced. Phoenix handled this task flawlessly while going above and beyond the original scope to make modifications that fit our needs and bring our vision to life. It has been amazing to work with them. Elijah and his team are responsive, come with great ideas, are professional, and they utilize an easy to review project system that was really cool (as you walk with them, they can add or remove items to your quote and it tracks it all). We started our project in March and the rain was a pain, but many times they pushed through since they knew we had a pool opening date that we were trying to keep. I can't say enough great things about his company. I will no doubt have them out here to do I highly recommend them!"

Their foreman arrived on the same day (on a weekend) and gave me a quote to remove the dead tree as well as some brush in the general area. Work was completed during that week and the crew did an excellent job cleaning everything up. Would definitely hire again."
