Trenton and the rest of the team at Arbor Artists are totally professional, competent, and responsible. I have used them on multiple occasions and would never use anyone else. You might be able to save a few bucks by getting some guys at a 'tree service' to hack away at your trees as long as you don't mind ending up with trees that are botched, disfigured, and that will be prone to all sorts of future problems. If, however, your goal is beautiful, healthy, and properly cared for trees then Arbor Artist is definitely the way to go. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fabulous, right from the very start. Their office manager is professional and extremely responsive. I was never home when the work was performed but was made aware of everything that was happening each and every day. I trust this company implicitly and was thrilled with the high quality and timeliness of work performed. I also thought their fees were within range and they were very flexible in adding on work that I wanted performed after they began the job. They are an "A+" company!

Trenton and his team are always a pleasure to have for a tree job! Their prices may tend to be a little higher than some others, but the work is always carefully and expertly done. In addition to this recent job, we have had Arbor Artist remove several trees for us over the years -- they removed several locust trees one year, and cleaned up a maple that split in half and fell during a storm in another year. They expertly handled all of those jobs. After seeing them in action, we completely trust their knowledge and ability to handle any tree service! They were very respectful of us and our property. They did not leave a mess and were very careful to clean up even small twigs. If you want a job done right, Trenton is your guy!

First of all I was very pleased to know that this service was just down the road from where I live. I called to get an estimate and they were very responsive in getting me a breakdown of what it would take to complete the work. We set up a date for doing the work and on the day of service I was kept informed of their arrival the entire time. Their work was professionally accomplished and I felt they had everything under control from beginning to end. After completing the work on the tree, they ensure all the debris left by the work they were doing was all picked up. I am very pleased with the work they did and would recommend their service to others.

I called them at 5:30pm. They called back within minutes. There was someone at my house to survey the damage and provide an estimate around 6pm. I gave the go ahead to remove the tree and they were back with there equipment by 7:30 and the tree was completely gone by 8:30. They cleaned up all the debris in the yard. They returned a week later to remove the rest of the stump. They were super responsive, extremely professional, and very easy to work with. There was no hassle about payment. They just billed me after the work was done. I felt they did not take advantage of the situation and up charge me since I was in need of immediate assistance due to the storm. I will definitely call on them again for future work in taking care of my trees.

With the rain all week and a storm expected today, I was pleased that the crew arrived this morning at 8 am, as planned. They actually were five minutes early. Everyone was very responsive, professional, a pleasure to be around. The arborist who had come out to go over our needs and make recommendations was a real pro and didn't try to talk us into additional work. He was on-hand for the whole process. The staff was knowledgeable, their equipment (i.e. buckets and trucks for branch removal) was perfect for the work. I couldn't more highly recommend this group.

I always use Arbor Artist for work at my residence and on several buildings I manage. They are certified arborists, know their craft, and do not promote unnecessary work. They are very safety conscious. They do a thorough cleanup when finished. I have used them for years and have never been disappointed. They will often work me in if they are going to be in the general neighborhood. If it's not practical for them to bid, their T&M charges are very reasonable.

Perfectly. The team arrived on time with the full crew and all of the tools and machines needed to perform the work effectively, efficiently, and safely. We reviewed the work to be done per the free written quotation provided earlier and ensured that the right trees were identified. The work was done in a couple of hours. The trees were removed or trimmed, as requested and all debris was cleaned up. The shrub and remaining trees look great. This is the fourth time I've used their service and every time I've been satisfied with their knowledege, skills, and tools to perform the work and provide care for our trees and shrubs.

Excellent on the phone when making the appointment. Everything was handled well on the service date, and the crew even arrived early for the appointment. Work was professionally done, advice was offered, all questions were answered, and clean-up was great. Price was very fair for the work performed. I'd re-use these guys anytime.

After initial call to Arbor Artist's office on Monday April 1, 2013 explaining that I needed an estimate for removal of some large limbs and trees, Trenton Thomas returned my call that morning and set up an appointment to look at the trees for that afternoon. He walked around the house and barns and told me which trees were in need of trimming, and which ones needed to be cut down. The damaged Hackberry tree was the biggest job, and he did not pressure me to cut the entire tree, but to remove only the limbs that were dangerous to the house and larger barn. Several other nearby trees required either trimming back or removal. Trees behind the barns that affected the roofs or could fall on them were similarly evaluated. He suggested several alternatives for the Spruce, which had bagworms and needlecast. He assured me that no trees would fall on my house during the work. He emailed me an estimate 2 days later, and after review, on April 3rd, I set up an appointment for the work to be performed on Tuesday, April 9 for 7:30 am. On April 9th, Trenton and his crew showed up promptly with a huge bucket truck and another truck with a huge chipper. They worked very professionally and carefully for about 8 hours, chipping smaller limbs, raking up debris, hauling away unusable wood. The work was done as stated in the estimate and the price was as estimated. They did an excellent job. I had used Arbor Artist before when a large hackberry needed removing from behind my barn, so they were the first ones I called again. My neighbor recommended another arborist, so I also called him for an estimate for this new job, but he said the job was too large and the trees too tall for him to climb, and he did not have a bucket truck nor a large chipper that would be needed. He recommended Arbor Artists because they would do the job well and had a bucket truck and a larger chipper than he had.

Their price was very reasonable and was on par with other quotes I got. They were very helpful, courteous, responsive and showed up on time when they said they said they would. There were no problems.

They do excellent work. They clean up everything and you wouldn't even know they were there. They are gentlemen, no bad language.

We have a large lot with many mature trees, and the storm during July of 2011 felled one massive tree and damaged several other trees and left them with dangling limbs too high for me to trim. I had 3 other trees that were dead so I wanted those removed at the same time. Arbor Artist came out and prepared a very professional quote. On the day of service they came early and very prepared. There were 4 men and 2 large trucks, one with a bucket and one with a chipper. The trimmer used the bucket lift truck to expertly trim the damaged trees. The other men set to cutting down and chopping up the downed and dead trees. Very organized and hard workers, no messing around. Before long they were cleaning up and were hauling away the unusable wood, around 2 pm. Another crew showed up later that day and ground down all the stumps. Outstanding work and visually pleasing results. In fact, many of our friends comment on how nice our trees look! I have to admit I had this service do it, I can't take the credit. A little pricey but worth every cent. Will use them again.
