Superbly. I was expecting to be pleased as the reputation of this company is strong. My expectations were met. The team was knowledgeable and experienced. I will use again the services of Arbor Artist!

It went great. My father-in-law referred Arbor Artist to me about 7 years ago because of his positive experiences with them. I have used them since. They are very responsive, very professional, and in talking with others I have learned that their prices are very good (in any case, I'm the kind of person who values good work and a good relationship over price). A little while ago they made an estimate on some other tree work I needed to be done. When they were finished they emailed me and said it was less work than they had thought it would be - so they knocked down the price. Hard to bear that. I consider Arbor Artist to be my tree guys. When I need work done I call them. I don't bother with shopping around. You can't go wrong with these folks.

This company is excellent! Very responsive on the phone, the gentleman who came out to give an estimate was on time, very knowledgable, nice. The price given was very fair. Work was scheduled, again crew showed up on time, did excellent work and very thorough at cleaning up. This is second time I have used this company and will look no further than them for tree needs in the future!

Received estimates from 5 tree companies. Arbor for the fairest. They arrived when stated and were very professional.

Everything was great as usual. Thought price a little high, but was happy when firewood was hauled off site even though not required by contract. Would definitely use them again - was my 5th time in using their services.

From the initial estimate to the final work, this was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. The Arbor Artist rep was professional and very knowledgable. He recommended against cutting one of the trees down, because he noted only the top part was dead, saving me one tree. He also recommended cutting down an invasive tree that the country has recommended property owners remove. The team was extremely professional and the work they did was excellent.

Excellent. The team from Arbor Artists coordinated in advance with a crane company to assist with removing the large oak tree and other trees that had fallen in our pool. The crane was on site in advance and the team showed up early to start work. They assessed the situation to plan the removal and ensure no further damage occurred. The team worked safely, coordinating and communicating through the jumbled tree mess. Overall it was a well executed operation and we are extremely pleased with the work performed. We would most definitely use Arbor Artists again and highly recommend them!

Well done. Team was very professional, courteous and efficient. All services were done in one day. I found, through reviewing other providers, that often the stump grinding is sourced out to a third party and therefore done on a different day. This would have required us to be home again for the second round of services to identify all the stumps (we have several acres and the stumps were scattered). Their office staff (Christine) was very informative, responsive and easy to contact. I will definitely be hiring them next time around.

Arbor Artists did an excellent job of trimming our trees. There was a slight confusion over the scope of their work. They promptly came out and rectified the situation & did not bill me until. I was completely satisfied. Excellent company.

It went great. Crew was on time, we did a walk-around to review the work to be done, and they got to work. Afterwards, we did a final review & all was done to our satisfaction.

The estimator was thorough & competent. The work date was agreed by negotiation. The crew arrived ready to work. They completed the tasks in sequence. They chipped all they could carry in them truck & returned in the afternoon to remove the branches. Minimal damage to the lawn.

Long time customers of Arbor Artist. By working us in on a day when they had other work, we were given a great price. They never disappoint us.

Arbor Artist was recommended to us by our landscape/yard service company, Epling. I first called in early Spring to discuss our trees and what could be done to bring them back as they were severely stressed and one was in fact dying. Dean came out as scheduled to meet me after I got home from work. He suggested a good pruning and a feeding of a balanced compost drilled and placed in the ground. He asked that we send soil samples to our state university for analysis. (He suggested we send it in as the fee for homeowners is $10 and for commercial arborists $25.) Once we got back the soil analysis, we emailed it to Arbor Artist. Dean again came out to look at the trees to develop a proposal. They then sent us a proposal to prune the seven tress which was $1,200 and for the soil amendments balance to improve the soil around the trees for $625. We scheduled the work for June 8 and it was done at that time. The trees look really good and seem to be improving. The one that was dying was about one-third pruned away, but is showing good life now in early July. I also asked Dean on his first visit about many of our other shrubs and trees. He gave me many suggestions for improving their appearance, feeding, and treating them for pests that are now working out well for us. Arbor Artist has been a real pleasure to do business with. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and reasonable in their pricing. We will be coming back to them in the future and will recommend them to others.

Arbor Artist are easy going but professional came on time and I did the work-neat & tidy-stacking.

I called AA after hours as a tree fell an my neighbor’s property. They responded rapidly and did the clean up job ASAP. Very professional.

Arbor Artist came to work ready to work with a specific person (Gary) as a client service rep. They were impeccable!

They are the only people that we call. As usual, everything looked good. They cleaned up their mess. They are good. They don't always get there as fast as everybody else because they are very in demand. I'm willing to wait. Pricing is good. They respond good. They're here on time.

The Arborist seemed very knowledgeable, was very pleasant and informative. The work seemed to be done very well and the clean-up was great. It did take a couple weeks before we received the estimate w/contract and another couple weeks for them to contact me after we gave the go-ahead.

I am very pleased with the work Arbor Artist did on my tree. There were 2 climbers on the crew that worked very hard and very high to get to the branches that needed to be cut. The other crew members worked in the cherry picker to get the lower branches cut and stayed on top of helping the climbers. They used a large chipper to grind up all of the branches that they cut and they also took care of the ones that had fallen over the past year and were stacked in the backyard. They did a terrific job cleaning up when they were done with the cutting and cabling. They also made sure they cleaned the cut branches in my neighbors yard too. The original estimate was a $3240.00 and it was thought it would take all day. The crew finished early and my bill was reduced to $2750. I will use them again if I need any kind of tree service. They were very professional and did an outstanding job!
