Best tree company that I have ever used!

A person came out to estimate my job within days of calling. The gentleman was very nice and informative. He returned back to the office and e-mailed me a cost. The price was very fair and acceptable to me. I never got a second estimate. A date was set for a crew to do the work. They arrived on time, did everything promised and I could not be happier. The clean-up job was second to none. You would never know they were there. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use Arbor Artists in the future.

Crew arrived on time, completed job and were able to cut stumps flush to ground even with 6 inches of ground cover.

Arbor Artist arrived on the day and at the time agreed to. They expertly pruned and trimmed the 13 areas of shrubs and trees that were listed in their proposal. Their interactions with us were professional, courteous, and pleasant. Debris from the pruning was removed, though some small twigs were left behind, both in the yard and on the street in front of our house. We will continue to use Arbor Artist for our shrub and tree care; they are a first-class organization, from Christine in the office, to Peter and his wonderful eye for what needs to be done, to the workers who executed the plan.

The job went perfectly. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, did a remarkable cleanup, and even adjusted the charges downward to $750.00 from the $1500.00 estimate due to completing the work in less time than expected on the quote.

Each tree required a crane for removal. The team was timely and extremely efficient. The job was well done and we were impressed with their skill and professionalism.

Arbor Artist came to our property and trimmed several trees as well as removing several tall and dead trees. One of the trees was overhanging neighbor's property and they removed our dead tree with no damage or interference to our neighbor's property. All work was done extremely professionally, neatly, safely, and to our proposal. Small additional work was done where needed at no additional charge. The entire crew was extremely easy to work with and a pleasure. They were very careful of our property and our wishes. They even trimmed one of the trees by climbing it rather than using the cherry-picker truck (which would have been much easier and safer) because they worried that getting the truck into position may cause some damage to the yard. Their price was bid based upon the truck but there was no additional charge due to the change in plan. They arrived exactly on time, took no breaks and completely cleaned up prior to leaving. We will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

Arbor Artist was recommended by the landscaping firm we use after a storm took out a number of trees in the area to include one of ours that fell into a neighbor's yard. This service was part of a follow-up where I wanted to check the health of remaining trees on the property line as well as tend to other trees on our property. They are responsive and communicate any issues or schedule changes in a timely manner. Based on my experience with them getting an estimate for the downed tree, they are also reasonable as another estimate was over double what they provided. Would use them again and recommend them, as I will, should any neighbors ask for a recommendation.

Met with company representative who described what they were intended to do. Was kept advised throughout the process. Came and performed the work as promised.

They arrived as planned, did exactly what had been discussed for the estimate, cleaned up thoroughly and were entirely pleasant from start to finish. I felt badly that I didn't see them off when they were done, as I was in a meeting on the phone and had some miscommunication with my daughter. Also wanted to mention their patience in waiting for a response to their estimate, as I had a 3 week trip out of the country right after they submitted it. Thanks!

They were able to trim it back. They did a really good job. They were very knowledgeable about the trees and what needed to be done. The arborist came out and supervised the job to make sure that they cut back extra things. They were really good and turned out to be a good job. All companies were about the same price.

They were extremely helpful and the girl I spoke with, Christine, was very helpful through email. I told her some trees up and down our street were dying. She did some research and explained to me that the winter was hard and the deer had eaten the trees. We didn’t use the company for the tree cutting but they were very helpful.

Gary & Dean called before arrival, promptly went to work (rain coming!) - most efficient and patient. Gary explained lengthy pruning process. Tidied the area completely before exiting.

The staff did an awesome job in letting us know when the crew was coming - and because of the weather they kept us inform. The crew was very professional and did the job just the was we wanted it done - highly recommend.

Called Arbor Artist at 7am the morning we discovered a large elm had fallen in an ice storm. The tree was removed that very morning. They quickly came, cut it up, chipped the smaller brances and hauled away all debris.

We have a large, mature tree which was overhanging the neighbor's house. While we were concerned about the neighbor's house in the event any of the branches would fall, we also didn't want to harm the tree. The crew explained which branches could be removed without harming the tree. They were courteous in answering all my questions. They had to work with a bucket truck in a tight space, between the houses and with power lines close by. It took them several tries until they successfully got their equipment and ropes in place, but they didn't give up. When they felt they were finished, they asked me to come outside to make sure I was satisfied before they removed their equipment. They then had to re-position their equipment to prune a large dead branch from another mature tree in the back yard. I think I would've been annoyed if I had to re-position all that equipment, but they seemed to take it all in stride. They did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned up any mess they had made. I should also mention that the person scheduling the service was courteous and kept me informed throughout. We had to reschedule the initial appointment because of snow and she did that proactively and promptly.

Peter came the day after to survey damages. Arbor artists came two days later and did an excellent job trimming trees and repairing storm damage. All debris was removed. Have used Arbor Artists for years.

Company arrived on time and performed tree thinning services with the care of a truly skilled arboist. I was happy with the completed work and wold recommend this firm, they are A+!

Overall I'm happy with the service provided. We had two other major exterior projects in-progress during the time they provided the service, which actually occurred on two separate dates. They were very flexible about working around our schedule.

Excellent, crew was on time thorough, communication excellent in terms of clarifying what heeded to be done, superb clean up job.

Everything worked out great! I worked with Christine to arrange the appointments. The individual who completed the estimate and some of the work with the crew was Dean Massey. Their accommodation of service and price was exactly as expected. They did everything when they said they would do it and they cleaned up very well. It was great experience!
