"We recently had Exterior Works remove our old wooden deck and replace it with a slightly larger Trex deck. Arafat Shadid, the company owner, and his team did an excellent job for us. They showed up when they said they would, worked very diligently over the course of a week and finished when they said they would. All required county permits were pulled and they helped with our HOA paperwork by ensuring we had the correct County plat document. They were the best price of the three estimates we received and actually finished the job for slightly less than their estimate. Arafat ensured we discussed exactly how we wanted the deck to look and was always available if I had a question. I would definitely consider hiring them if you need a new deck."

"Throughout the roughly 2 week long master bathroom shower tile install, Sheila responded within minutes to every one of my texts, emails, and phone calls. She showed up on time for our original consult and arrived on site multiple times throughout the work to ensure work was being completed correctly. Her team took extra care to ensure our home around the work area remained clean throughout the process. The installers made certain that details were adhered to according to our wishes--i.e. that the door opened the way we wanted, that the shelves and bar were installed where we wanted them, etc. I highly recommend Sheila and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again. "We have been planning to upgrade our deck from lumber to composite TREX for quite some time and FA Outdoor Spaces was the only company that offers three options for decking- refloor, facelift and new deck. Brandon Campbell and Brandon Wheatley who assisted him, understood what we were looking for an provided a proposal to upgrade the flooring, railing caps and steps by replacing the wooden boards with TREX , reinforce the foundation of the deck and steps, and re-finish the existing railings to retain the original aesthetic of the deck with a modern flooring. The cost was reasonable and there was clear communication on necessary safety improvements required to make the deck last for a long time. Veronika as project manager ensured that the work was planned and scheduled for an on time completion. Veronika’s communications were timely and detailed. She made sure we were fully satisfied with the finished work and took the extra steps to ensure the end result was perfect. The crew is very knowledgeable and hardworking and they worked through some bad weather days safely to get the work done. Very satisfied and highly recommended."

James did an excellent job not only working with us to understand what we wanted, especially with an ask related to an ADA compliant ramp in a tight space, but also communicating promptly and thoroughly, asking for clarification and stopping by for in person meetings when I wasn’t quite able to cover what I wanted with words and pictures. He also offered great design suggestions and helped us figure out how to get the most value for our dollar. James also coordinated with the siding company we were working with, including resolving a communications breakdown resulting in a design issue. We’d work with Steadfast any time!"
