We had to reschedule the service due to bad weather -- the service provider was very professional. They arrived promptly and performed the service quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely use them again.

Arrived on time. Came the same day I called about the problem. Clearly explained the problem and showed me what was going on. Explained how he would fix it and what the cost would be. Very professional and considerate. So far the door is working well. Would definitely use again. I don't know how to evaluate the price but I was very pleased with the responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism and service.

Fantastic!!! We had constant problems w/our garage door "popping" back open for years. Had another company come out and was told the problem was fixed. It was not. Garage Door Geeks came out and realized the real problem behind the door malfunctioning, he quickly and efficiently fixed it and we have never had a problem since. Just a very kind, professional and thorough employee. Highly recommend them!

He did a fabulous job with the service. He showed up on time, and he completed the work. He did the tune-up and also replaced the gear box.

Everything went smoothly no unexpected problems

The technician was on time and efficient, and answered any questions we asked. The operation of the door is much smoother now. The only negative result is that when the technician tested the operation of the door, he was wearing dirty, greasy gloves, which left very dirty "glove prints" on the switch plate, which in turn transferred to my hands when I opened or closed the door. It would have been very simple to remove his gloves or clean his hands before finishing the job!

The door went from noisy and squeaky to where all I can hear is the motor on the closer. The door is silent when it opens and closes. Great job great service and on time!

Joey did a great job. He was on time, had the knowledge to immediately identify the issues, and recommended what to fix. There was no pressure to buy anything. This is a top notch company with excellent employees. Kevin even stopped by to say hi.

I called Friday morning to have someone come out to determine what is wrong with my garage door. The technician came promptly and was very courteous and professional. He gave me two estimates - one to fix the problem and the other for a new door. I hadn't planned on a new door, but feel I probably need one so I asked for a written estimate of both so I could get some estimates from other providers first. I don't know if what they quote was high or not, but feel it was probably fair. I will provide an update if I decide to use them. They did include a $200 discount that was in the Val Pac which I thought was nice.

After we thought our garage door was broken, he just switched the batteries and it works perfectly. He could have been dishonest with us, but he did not mislead us. He was great.

Kevin and Tyler were great and on time. They programmed the cars for new opener also. I just can say enough good things about this company and was so glad to find them.

I cold called Kevin today and got a time slot today! Kevin then showed up early. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to replacing the springs he performed a complete check of the system and made some recommendations. I highly recommend Garage Door Geeks and would definitely use them in the future. Did I mention they were almost $100 dollars cheaper than another major company for the same service and I would have had to wait two days for an appointment?
