When I heard clicking in my garage door I thought it just need a tune up but I quickly discovered that a spring In the pulley system was broken it was gonna cost a whole lot more than I had planned but Josh really work with me on a price and gave me a price That I could live with... Not to mention he worked really fast and did a good job at the same time. I just want to take a moment to thank them and let us know you can’t go wrong with garage door geeks.

Joey was punctual and professional. He kept me abreast of all that he was doing and even replace noisy roller wheels on the garage door. It is so quiet now as compared to the old unit!! I would hire them again if I had a problem!!

I originally hired them to repair my garage door 6 months ago and that went well....they came out very quickly and got the job done to my satisfaction. They told me at that time my motor was getting very old and would not last long. So when it quit completely on me this time I was prepared to replace the unit. I called and told them my history with them and that I now needed the replacement they had recommended. I specifically asked them if they could get it all done in one day and was told yes. They called me ahead of my appointment time saying they could arrive an hour earlier than scheduled if I wanted, but I could not leave work early for that. So I arrive and he looks at the unit and says, yes, I need a replacement.... but he can’t do it today because he already used the 2 motors he carries on the truck! So even though I told them I was ready to replace it, as THEY had told me previously would be needed, and even though he had a spare hour between his last job and mine, he still came unprepared to do the job that day as promised and told me we would have to schedule again for the next day. It is hard for me to get the time off work to make one appointment, let alone two! So I was extremely disappointed and felt he was not even very apologetic about the mistake. I was left very dissatisfied. I was left very dissatisfied and annoyed at my wasted time.

Service was great. All of my questions were answered and I was given a list of what adjustments had been made. I also gained a better understanding of what door/motor I had, the expected life of those parts and my options for replacement in the future. The technician was prompt, polite, qualified and we are very happy with our results.

Technician arrived on time and completed everything in about 15 minutes. He checked all the bolts/screws, greased the wheels and chain and made sure everything was in good shape.

I initially ordered the special that Garage Door Geeks were offering on Angie's List, for a garage door tune-up. I called Kevin and scheduled a visit. A few days later (before the appt with Kevin), the door deteriorated dramatically and was about to collapse. We did not use it until Kevin came, and he told us it probably would have collapsed with one more opening/closing. He was very professional during the entire process of looking at options for new doors. After my wife and I received a few other quotes, we decided on Garage Door Geeks for the new door. The reason was not just price - it was professionalism during the process. I am very glad we did! When I contacted Kevin, he personally came out within a few days and installed the new door. It is so much better quality than we had before, and very happy with the entire process working with Kevin. I would highly recommend Garage Door Geeks for any garage door needs.

After our garage door split down the middle, we were extremely lucky that Garage Door Geeks could get out to see us and replace the door in short order. The work was done quickly, professionally, and Kevin even adjusted the motor so this wouldn't happen again. Great service, would totally recommend.

Kevin was on time and super diligent in inspecting the garage door and identifying any issues with the operation. He identified an issue with the spring on one side and made the repair, in addition to lubricating all the rollers. He tested the door multiple times and spent 10 minutes with me on what to watch out for with he door and opener system over time. Very professional. Will definitely use in the future.

He is very honest. My home insurance helped with cost. I had to pay the deductible. We purchased the door, and had this company do the install. I had my handyman install it originally, but it was not installed correctly. We had Kevin come and fix the garage door. It took him about 2 hours to fix it. He went above and beyond on the service. I will be recommending him to some of my friends and family as well.

Outstanding - Kevin is the owner and today he was out personally to repair the broken spring on my garage door. He arrived on time, was very courteous and did a thorough inspection of the garage door and opener. He suggested replacing the worn rollers and also tightened the chain. I would recommend Garage Door Geeks to anyone, they will certainly stand behind their work.

Technician convinced me I need to upgrade from a one spring system to a two spring system and install new rollers - learned afterwards that I grossly overpaid for this.

Fantastic! I called late on one week day and got service the next morning. Joey, the technician, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, did a full inspection and recommended replacement parts and new springs due to low grade materials and wear with parts near the end of their lifespan. He had all the needed parts and was able to proceed with the additional work during this visit even though that was not part of my original call. He worked very quickly to complete all work and the door, which was noisy and banging/clanging before is now smooth and quiet. He also explained how to do my own maintenance/lubrication, but I'll call them again anyway. Excellent experience! Thank you!

The battery will be installed in the near future as I am presently out of town.
