Description of Work: Garage Door Geeks did an excellent job of getting rid of the squeaks and explaining what else they could do to correct additional issues. There was no pressure to buy further, just a thorough explanation and great service.

Description of Work: Professional and very positive attitude... even with our unusual garage door opener restrictions. The initial installation worked but for a couple of minor reasons, they needed to return. Instead of using the initial installation, they returned with a more expensive unit to custom fit another garage door opener. All the extra hours worked on this yet their attitude remained positive. I'd certainly use them again.

Description of Work: I've definitely referred the Garage Door Geeks to my clients, and will use them again if I ever need them. They needed to correct the installation of a new door that was done incorrectly by another company that is now out of business. They came right away, and finished in a timely manner. I don't remember exactly how much they charged, but it was less than $100.

Description of Work: I can't recall now the exact date of service, but this guy knows his stuff, was very professional, and went above and beyond the service I had purchased. Of course I would use him again!

Description of Work: The provider came to my home and reported that my garage door was not a "residential" door and therefore they were not trained on it. The door was not functioning when the technician arrived. Because they were not trained on the door, the technician stood by while I troubleshot the door and then helped me to reset the door into automatic mode. The technician was very professional and polite.

Description of Work: All went exactly as planned: oiled, repaired, made connection to buttons in 2 cars for opening (We didn't even know that was possible!) & even provided an extra manual door opener.

Description of Work: Actual call was for tuning. The door was making lot of sound, found spring was almost end of life. Replaced the spring and changed rollers. Good pricing. Very friendly and fast service. Went above and beyond service. Great Job. Thank you.

Description of Work: They checked the garage door, and opener, and did what I expected. I also knew that at 35 yrs. old, the spring was too old, and rollers, and I had them do the replacements then. No pressure, I just knew something else needed to be done. |Very pleased with the work, and the professionalism.

Description of Work: Replaced opener mechanism, which was some 25 years old. First effort did not sufficiently tighten connector rod, which resulted in failure within 2 weeks. Worker returned promptly and finished the job properly.
