Description of Work: Hired to remove/exclude bats from attic. Earl came to the house three times: Once to measure the attic and assess the problem, a second time to seal the little openings from the attic to outside and install an excluder, and the third time with a crew and a pump truck to vacuum out the bat guano and old insulation, sanitize the attic, and pump in new insulation. The four inches of insulation we had originally was replaced with 14 inches of new insulation, and no more bats!

Description of Work: Trapped racoons that entered residence while were were away on vacation. They racoons got into everything in every room (basement, laundry room, all 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, and kitchen). He sanitized the entire house.

Description of Work: I had a raccoon having a huge party in the tack room of my barn. I didn't know how it was gaining access to the room because I lock the door. After calling another company who quoted a price that was super expensive and who were not very pleasant over the phone, I contacted VA Wildlife removal. They were very pleasant on the phone, were half the price of the previous company I called and when the service guy came to see what was going on at my barn, went above and beyond expectations (removed the tack room wall and replaced it after patching up a hole that the raccoon was using to access the tack room.)Really nice and professional and inexpensive. Very knowledgeable in all types of critters that can invade your space.

After finding a hole dug under my fence, he set traps at the location and caught a total of 4 foxes in less than a week. Problem solved. Very pleased.

+ 0 moreThe company laid a trap for the raccoon, although she was never caught. The clean-up and repair was completed in the attic on time, but they left a mess inside the house from installing the new insulation. As well, I asked them to replace my soffit and fascia board while doing repairs (included in quote). The new soffit was simply installed over the existing soffit, which was not removed. They broke an exterior light bulb on the house, and did not paint the new fascia board. When I pointed these out, I was told they would come back out to fix it, and I withheld $100 of the payment. The work was never completed.
Description of Work: I had this company trap for a raccoon in my attic, as well as perform clean-up and repair; along with replacing the soffit with center-vent soffit while they were doing repairs.
