The original company quoted a price that was out of our ballpark. I thought I'd have to live with really awful looking windows with the old scratched and disintegrated film. I was kinda bummed. On a whim I did a search, not expecting to find much help. I contacted Clear View, and they responded quickly, came out to evaluate, explained it wasn't just the look but the actual functionality of the film which was compromised. Then he created a proposal with the best products for my needs. He didn't try and oversell. He didn't price gouge. And for twice the amount of work as the first company had quoted for, he gave me a quote a few hundred dollars less. Then he communicated consistently and thoroughly every step of the way. The person who did the work was prompt, quick, and had excellent skills. Put up with the menagerie here, too. Then there was follow up! To make sure I knew how to care for the windows properly.
