Hiring us insures that the person doing the drawings is the person managing your construction, which ends up saving you time and money. Being in the construction industry for so long, I realized one thing: the more people involved in a project the muddier the clients vision of the project gets. At HMP Construction we are here to simplify the process by offering both design and construction services to the client. Furthermore, by combing the two services we are able to provide the client more competitive rates saving the client both, time and money. I am a Licensed General contractor in VA, have Masters of Architecture, and USGBC LEED-Green Associate. Having these credentials gives me an opportunity to work directly with the client from conception of an idea to its completion. Being able to analyze the impact of each decision on the lifecycle of the building can help reduce both the operation cost and its impact on the environment.
