Contact Erik via email. Responded within 1 day. Explained issues with computer. Erik thoroughly researched the model and the options available and then presented a couple of solutions. He picked up the computer and worked on it and gave me a schedule he adhered to. Computer works great and customer very satisfied.

We found Erik Bursch to be extremely competent, professional and courteous as well as dedicated to ensuring our satisfaction. We will be using NovaTech again to resolve issues on another computer and highly recommend the organization.

Erik came to our home and worked on our PC as well as our laptop computer. He very quickly evaluated what the problem was with both computers. He was very efficient with his time and answered all of our questions and gave us some very helpful suggestions as well. The diagnostics for the laptop would have taken a lot of time so he took it with him to evaluate at his office. The laptop hard drive needed replacement and he replaced it for the cost of the hard drive. We really feel confident that we now have a good honest company for computer support and repair.

NOVATEC performed the service promptly, and very cost effectively - extremely reasonable. Additionally, these guys aren't a group of geeked out teenagers working at some big box store - they know their stuff very, very well and are exceptionally technically talented. I would highly recommend these folks for any computer services and know if I ever need ANY service performed again, I will contact them without hesitation. They are the best at what they do - I work in the Telecom field and can recognize quality technical services when I see them - and these guys are the tops. If you need computer work done - look no further. I had a previous experience using a different repair facilty that was a Toshiba factory authorized service center - I don't want to use any words that may be misconstrued as applying to NOVATEC, so I'll just say that dealing with NOVATEC was a MUCH BETTER experience than dealing with the Toshiba facility - NOVATEC was more professional, better technically, cost less and turned around my laptop in less than half the time the factory authorized service center did - there was no comparison - NOVATEC knows what they're doing and doesn't try to stick it to the comsumer - these guys are Allstars!

Erik was responsive, knowledgeable, personable and had the integrity to first offer a simple & quick solution rather than parlay the call into a more complicated and expensive solution. He struck me as someone who knew what he was talking about, and someone that I could trust wasn't going to try to convince me that my computer's "flux capacitor" badly needed replacement. I have wanted to get an overall tuneup and consult with someone re: protection on the internet and I am planning on following up with Erik shortly to schedule that work. (So please don't call him until after Jun 25.) I am having unrelated performance issues with my computer, and I am going to follow up with Erik for additional, likely paid, work

Overall my experience with NOVATECH was excellent. Eric was a very personable and pleasant individual. I felt very comfortable with him being in my home. All my system are working fine. He gave me suggestions that were easy to follow. I would definately use NOVATECH if I have any problems in the future and would recommend this service my friends and to other Angie's list users.

Excellent. It's a great relief to have someone as reliable as they are knowledgeable available when something goes terribly wrong on the computer. On a related note, he also found a killer deal on a big screen laptop for me!

They were incredibly responsive and professional. Although they could not eliminate the malware, I was informed every step of the way and I finally decided to wipe and reinstall the operating system.

Erik was quick to respond to my e-mail & we talked about some potential causes. It ended up needing a memory upgrade. Erik was flexible and everything went as fast as he said it would (about 30 mins). He upgraded the memory and it runs much faster now. E-mails which used to take several minutes to load now load instantly with no wait. The internet is way faster now as well. My broadband no longer feels like dialup. Eventually we'll replace it with a laptop but didn't want to spend that $$ right now. This has made a world of difference. Thanks Erik!

There isn't a fix. I finally downloaded a new e-mail program for the computer which is working great. Novatech only charges if they fix problem, so they didn't charge us.

Novatechhelp was able to help me remotely without having to make an onsite visit.

Erik did a great job, was efficient, and charged what I thought to be below the minimum for the job. He also advised us that it would be time to replace the computer soon because of diminished memory capacity, and he recommended several replacement options.

Our internet connection had been getting slower and slower for months and for several weeks we had either had no internet at all, or it could take 5 minutes to get from one page to another. Since I assumed that the problem must be somehow connected to my computer, I called NovaTechHelp.com. We agreed to an evening appointment that met my schedule, which was within a week of the contact. He could have come out sooner, but we were not going to be available. Mr. Bursch came out, checked out my computer and modem and called our Internet provider. The work he did and the coordination with the Internet provider was well above what I could have done. They determined, as he thought, the problem was with the connection. A technician from the internet provider came out 2 days later and immediately set up a new modem, saying that there were a lot of problems with their old modems. It would have been nice if they had warned their customers! Anyway, we were back on line. Mr. Bursch followed up to make sure that our connection problems were resolved and came back out to set up our router. He was prompt, professional, educational and cordial.

He was very responsive time wise and quick, which was important at that rate. He did not waste any time. He was also professional, personable and friendly.

Eric set up my home wireless network and has helped me make modifications on several occasions. He made sure that I understood what he had done and how to use it. He knows our computers and our network and performs his tasks very quickly and professionally, and he only charges for actual time and work accomplished.
