Brilliantly!

My Kitchen and Bath just finished my guest bathroom and John's customer service was incredible during this process! Every concern I had was addressed in a professional and timely manner. UT (project manager) was always pleasant and every visit he would check with me to see if I had any questions. Crew doing the work was polite and finished job a day ahead of schedule, but left the new bathroom a bit dirty (covered with construction dust and debris). John quickly fixed the situation, offering a cleaning crew to arrive the next morning to correct the oversight! Extremely pleased with bathroom and with being treated as a valued customers! Thank you! Will be contacting this company later in the year to do our basement bathroom!

John and the work team were excellent from beginning to end. The estimates and selection of products went smoothly, even though it was difficult to schedule around my travel schedule. Once all selections were made and they were ready to start work, again, they worked to accommodate my schedule. The work crew was limited by the condo building rules on noise and work time, and a neighbor who was ill. They worked around it all, never complained and were always gracious, thorough, professional. Despite all the limitations put on them by condo rules and my schedule, the work was completed on time, on budget and to my exacting standards. I highly recommend them. I not only would hire them again, I plan to have them remodel my kitchen in the near future.

John is extremely professional and helpful! Workers who came to house were always respectful and hard workers. Loved all the selections we had to choose from at their showroom. Only complaint (and it would be a stretch to say it was a "complaint") is that contract says workers work between hours of 9 am and 5 pm. Several nights workers were here until 6 or 6:30, and once they were here until after 8 pm. Impressed that they were committed to getting the job done on time but having them here so late some nights meant kids missed their evening after-school activities since I did not want to leave house unlocked when workers left. Company did offer to put a lock box on my house so I would not have to worry about being home when workers came/left but we have never been comfortable with that option in our 20 years of hiring people to do work. So, as with any concern or issue we had during the renovation, John did have a feasible, excellent solution; we just opted to not use the lock box. Bathroom (and extra closet work) was finished by due date and looks stunning!

It was good. They listened to the customer. Pricing was good. It was reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience working with John at My Kitchen & Bath. We finished the basement, which included re-locating our laundry room, We put in a full bathroom in the basement with a sliding barn door. The barn door is such an exciting update for us, we always wanted one but couldn't imagine how to put it into the space. Everyone involved listened and was very attentive. The workers are exceedingly kind and gracious, we never had any problem. They took care to clean up everything everyday, and tried to minimize dirt and dust from spreading around. John helped us pick out finishes for everything, taking such care to make sure everything matched and looks put together. We are so pleased and couldn't have asked for a better team to take on such a large project for us. Any worry we had was addressed early on so we understood what was happening every step of the way. We had two bathrooms completely remodeled with My Kitchen and Bath. They did great, quality work and delivered 100% on budget. We know we are lucky that no structural problems came up. But they gave no surprise costs to us. We were initially worried about leaking pipes in the master suite behind the wall that might have caused an issue. They did a thorough probe before starting the project with their cameras. We got two beautiful new bathrooms, and right on schedule within our terms. Our experiences with the Project Manager, Designer and Laborers were 100% positive. They understood our need to stay in the house with a functioning bathroom, took it very seriously and made it happen. Another company had told us this would be impossible to do during a different estimate in the beginning of our process. That contractor was also twice as expensive. We are so pleased with our choice and with the result.

It went very smoothly as we have planned. They are willing to listen to what we would like and actually materialized . We are very pleased with their job from demolishing to completion. I strongly recommend them.

My Kitchen & Bath did a complete bathroom remodel for our upstairs "master' bath. After interviewing multiple companies, we decided go with My Kitchen & Bath and it was a correct decision. Our designer, John, was very knowledgeable man. He helped us a lot with design ideas. They have a big showroom and a lot of material options to choose from. Workers who came to our house were always on time. They were very respectful to our house, they covered everywhere to prevent dust and they cleaned everyday before they left. Project went very smooth and nice. We cant believe the new look of our bathroom. It looks amazing. I love my new kitchen. Upon searching for weeks to find a company to remodel my kitchen, I came across this company and thought I'll give it a try. They came out for an estimate and among many other proposals I got, they stood out as the most honest and approachable as someone I can easily talk to. These guys are absolutely awesome. Their scheduling was easy. When I met with them in the showroom they walked through everything in their contract with me to make me feel completely comfortable. Everyone has had a bad experience with a contractor before, so it felt good to feel like all my concerns were important. I knew this experience would be different. They cover my carpets and my walls to make sure that there won't be a mess. Amazing! The technicians were so respectful to my space and my home. They always greeted me in the mornings, and seem like very stand up gentleman. I would recommend them for the kitchen work they did, or for work in a bathroom. They do everything. The same technicians they brought into my home completed all the plumbing, electrical and tile work flawlessly. I have nothing but good things to say so I want to make sure as many people know. I am so thankful to have the work finished without any problems, and everything is exactly as I asked for.

I am very pleased with the work. I have no complaints, everything was so professional during the whole process. Everything was finished on time, and as promised. The workers in my home were courteous and treated my home carefully, covering the space everyday and cleaning the trash. We discovered piping running through the soffit in one area, and the team took care of this unexpected bump. They did specialized work to cover that part of the top cabinet and it has finished quality. John the designer answered all my questions very quickly over email, so I felt confident the entire time. A project manager was also on the team who oversaw the work in the home. I am so happy with the result and everything worked out exactly as I planned. Everyone loves my kitchen and wants to do theirs now as well!
