Our experience with MY Kitchen & Bath was top notch. They completed a total kitchen renovation as well as a few door replacements to our townhouse on the exact timeline that was quoted to us. We feel like we live in a new home thanks to their meticulous craftsmanship. As promised, we had the same work crew and project manager throughout the process. The work crew truly are artisans and were always careful in protecting our home with drop cloths and plastic dividers as much as possible and picked up trash and debris in a timely manner. Our project with MY Kitchen & Bath was a great experience from the design to demolition to completed room. The pictures show the expert result. Duncan, Sam, Ricardo, and Francisco are professionals in every regard. We recommend them without reservation.

Great experience with the team at My Kitchen and Bath. They were very professional and timely throughout the entire process. Josh listened to our ideas and came up with a great design. Sam managed the project at the house and kept us informed every step of the way. Abraham and his crew started on time and worked hard every day to complete the job in about 12 days. Most days I returned from work to find them still on the job late into the evening! Much better than an earlier experience we had with a different renovation contractor that wouldn't return our calls and went weeks with no progress.

We chose "My Kitchen and Bath" after having studied the proposals from four other kitchen designers over several months. Josh at the Vienna show room guided us through all the pros and cons of the different options and always was patient in answering our questions and helped us stay on budget. This was our first remodel and we had a lot to learn. We knew this would be a major renovation but it happened as Josh had indicated and the time line was followed from ordering the cabinets to finishing the remodel. Once they started the whole project was completed in four weeks including hte refinish of the wood floor on that level of our town house. The technical staff (Ricardo and Juan with helpers) were professional, hard working and knowledgeable and clearly wanted to deliver a good product. They arrived on time and cleaned up every day. The weekends off was for us nice as well have a break. We are very pleased with th beautiful result and would definitely choose "My Kitchen and Bath "again for another project.

This company is terrific!! My kitchen was totally revamped in 3 weeks. Hard working company from the start to the finish! No subcontractors, they do it all. Very professional and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend them. We are so happy with our new kitchen! Thank you, My Kitchen and Bath!!

We had a tight timeline of 2 weeks to complete the entire bathroom remodel. The daily craftsmen/service technicians did a great job and worked every day and long hours to make sure the job was completed. Their craftsmanship was extremely good and they cleaned up every day when they packed up to leave. The craftsmen should be commended for their professionalism and diligence. When we had design questions during the remodeling, the craftsmen were there to offer their opinions and guidance! The biggest challenge was to pick out the granite for the bathroom cabinet. We had to go to the Granite yard three times to ultimately find the granite that we were looking for. I would caution others about how long it took to settle on the final granite selection.

Excellent job on Timeline, they did great due to project process. They Will come back for any fixing up materials . Honest people to work with plus emails are easy to touch base with them.

Our experience with this kitchen remodeling company was an absolute nightmare, thanks to their abysmal customer service and lack of any clue of what they were doing. From the moment we signed the dotted line, it was clear that they had no interest in helping or even acknowledging our questions. The representatives were dismissive and rude, treating us like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Josh, the sales manager didn't care to respond to us, only at his convenience and when he added, "send us more money" at the end of every communication. When the project finally began in March 2023, the lack of communication and transparency reached new heights. They were constantly late and unresponsive to our concerns. Any attempt to get updates on the progress or address issues was met with indifference and excuses. It seemed like they couldn't care less about the quality of their work or our satisfaction as a paying client. It was clear the "project manager," Sam, had no idea what he was doing. We had to tell him to get inspectors to come after we realized they had no plans of doing so. It's a good thing, because his management of the work failed 3 times before they got it right. His mansplaining of excuses was embarrassing for him. To add insult to injury, the final result (now end of July 2023) was far from what we had hoped for. A total lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the remodel. Because we actually designed the kitchen and project managed it, did it turn out ok. The cabinets were damaged on installation and are still damaged after completion. It was evident that they were more interested in taking our money than delivering a satisfactory outcome. We have designed and renovated 4 bathrooms in our home and managed all of them, so we are not new to the process and what needs to be done. The general manager, John, reached out after completion (to ask for the rest of the money that we withheld because of the damaged cabinets that they did not replace) and we we told him about the horrible experience. He didn't even respond. The only good thing about this experience were the workers, Juan and Carla. They did a decent job but were limited in what they were "allowed" to do by the manager. In the end, we regret ever choosing this kitchen remodeling company. Their customer service was beyond disappointing, and we wouldn't wish this experience on our worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.

Josh the designer was amazing, Oscar and Giovanni, the technicians did an excellent work! I am extremely pleased with their work. I love my re-model of wood porcelain tile floors and granite countertops and fixtures for both bathrooms.

The project manager, Bob, and the technician (whose name I do not know) were excellent. Bob was extremely responsive. The technician was professional, punctual, and redid everything in the bathroom. He was very approachable and told me of his plan each day. The work was very high quality and i've had no issues since completion. He just went about what he had to do. In the end they cleaned up the area, came and took the garbage and extra supplies immediately and followed up to see if all was ok. Have already recommended them to many.

They were expeditious and professional. Full kitchen remodel in 3 weeks, over the holiday season.

We were surprised at how we were treated since they have positive reviews and we also had our realtor mention them for kitchen renovations. We started out fine however we were not living in our new home as they started work on our kitchen. We needed asbestos removal and each company that they connected us to, either didn’t get back to us, or weren’t able to provide basic things like a break down of their charges which were very high. When we moved into our home with the work promised to be done in a week or two, we found that the workers had left bottles of empty alcohol bottles and baggies indicating other substances. We never saw them as they came later in the morning and were gone by lunch time. We also saw them coming out of parts of the house that they had no reason to be in. There were times when the contractor said he would make it up on the weekend, however then said that his “car broke down” on several weekends and just didn’t show up. We were connected to an electrician that didn’t follow through on permits, did something that made our well system lose power and insisted it wasn’t him. We had to hire a second opinion who hooked up our system to another power source to shower it was in fact an electrical problem. He also showed up at random times when he knew we didn’t live in the house at that point and so we would have to drive out to meet him early in the morning. In general, our floor had to be redone 3 times because of how poorly they installed the floors and obvious changes in the floor plan that didn’t match the rest of our house. They also didn’t follow through on what we had agreed upon the first time. We had screws installed in shelves and in the floor that were all different sizes and colors and apparent that they were just random screws and looked terrible. Our shelves were installed and are not level. You don’t need an actual level to tell, you can tell just by looking at them. We had our counters also reinstalled as they had big gaps between the counter and the wall that looked terrible again. Our “project manager” did not stay while the workers were there. He would show up in the morning and then tell the workers what to do. He would then agree that the quality was poor afterwards however then just re tell them what to do without doing anything differently. We asked for another contractor to do the floor and the one redeeming part of this was that they were Excellent! However that was one positive experience in the midst of feeling like we were not treated like people, every time we had a legitimate concern, it was agreed upon and then they just continued. Towards the end, the project manager just stated he had other jobs to do. He then got to a point he said he wouldn’t work with us any more and then gave us the name of a “manager”. We were told we can only email in communications with him and he has never come to see our kitchen. We have offered several times to show that we were not trying to give them a hard time, we had legitimate concerns. So now a YEAR later, we are still talking to them as they have warranties on all their poor quality products. Even though we are still within warranty, we were told that they can “no longer help us” and we need to talk directly to their supplier. Within ONE week, our pantry shelves and cabinet shelves started to fall apart. We have asked for replacements and have either gotten broken shelves upon arrival, or the completely wrong sizes even though we have given measurements. They no longer even communicate with us through email and are clearly happy that they just got their money. All around, we had an AWFUL experience. We were by no means expecting perfection; however we were asking to not have a broken and poorly installed kitchen as our “new kitchen”. We also thought they would atleast be understanding and try to make actual changes which could have completely shortened everything. I HOPE other people do not have our experience!!

We have a fairly large master bath (15' x 15') that was all builder grade. We worked with Armagan to pick out all the new title, granite, vanity, etc. However want I really liked was the flexibility for us to purchase our own hardware, mirrors, lighting, tub, etc. Armagan worked with us to completely design the new layout but was not overbearing. We are 95% complete (waiting for shower glass) but I am pleased with the work of Abraham and team. We did have some bumps including a toilet leak but Armagan had the team fix all issues. We like their work so much, we have asked them to bid on upgrade of my kids bathrooms.

My Kitchens & Bath was my 3rd estimate. I was 95% sure I was going with the 2nd estimate guy since he’s the contractor my friend’s real estate company uses so I had a first-hand referral. #2 was very nice and I’m sure he would have done great. But I told myself I’m getting THREE estimates this time around so I called MK&B and got an appointment for final estimate. I was torn between redoing the kitchen or a bathroom so I got 2 estimates. John from MK&B came out and was very nice and he took a lot more measurements so more thorough. I had already emailed #2 guy some questions after receiving his estimate (including when can you start) but he was too slow to get back with me and John beat him to the punch because the following day I had both estimates and he had answered some questions I emailed. John’s estimates was more professional with line by line items and prices. Overall had a much more professional vibe. I went to their showroom (very convenient near my office in Herndon) and picked out the cabinets, tiles, countertop, knobs etc. John would set me straight if I’m picking out something that didn’t quite go together. The workers did a great job, demo’d it all in one day and MUCH less messy than a previous reno I had done. Any questions I had were always answered promptly. I hadn’t planned on replacing the appliances but had a bit of luck in vegas so I got a new stove and microwave and there was no additional charge to install the new ones vs re-installing my old ones. I even added on a side job of replacing the ceiling lights in my foyer and hallway. Got his price to install, stopped at Home Depot on my lunch hour to buy them and dropped them by and that evening when I got home all 3 were replaced so I never have to see those generic gold uglies that came with the place. Took 9 days overall. SO worth it!! I’m absolutely in love with my kitchen!! Next year I’m doing the other bathroom reno and MK&B are at the top of my list.

The project went very smoothly. They stuck to the timeline and communication was very easy throughout. They did not have to make many changes to the initial budget, they were basically spot on with the estimates and products needed. We replaced the floor, cabinets, and counter tops in the kitchen. Then they tiled and painted the room and everything looks clean and new!

Good. Had an issue with one mirror but the professionalism with the office staff, Kelsy, was fantastic and handled the problem quickly to my satisfaction. She is a gem.

Kitchen and Bath personnel are very friendly and competent. There is no pressure to spend more than you intend to spend which i really like. We interviewed other companies and I loved the way My Kitchen & Bath gives you a detailed breakdown of cost estimates from the beginning so you know what costs what rather than just a total cost, allowing you to upgrade or take out completely to fit your budget. I loved the way they start the job by putting protection on all my hardwood floors and stairs on the route to the bathrooms. Their showroom was very convenient and they put up well with my fluctuating choices in cabinets, etc.

I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Every time I walk into my new bathroom I smile. After I called, Cemil Yilmaz came out to the house to give me an estimate. He was extremely punctual and was able to give me an approximate estimate on the spot. I decided to come out to the show room to see what the materials would look like for the given estimate. Though it was easy to find tile, granite and a vanity that I liked in the showroom, I ended up ordering some things on my own. What was great about the estimate was that every single thing was itemized so you could see exactly what you are paying for. They were totally flexible with making changes and did a great job getting back to me with calls and emails. The young men that did the bulk of the work were punctual, polite and very skilled. I got four estimates in total and My Kitchen and Bath was by far the lowest.(Just as a side, I got an estimate from Metropolitan Bath and Tile. They were much more expensive but what I really didn't like was that they would not give me the paper estimate. They told me the cost of the job and then I had to take notes to try and remember the details. They said the estimate was proprietary and that I could not take pictures of the tile and granite until I signed a contract!. Also the materials that fell within my budget was in their value line so I wasn't even thrilled with the choices I was given). My Kitchen and Bath will be upfront about everything.

My Kitchen and Bath promised to create my dream master bathroom when I visited their showroom in Herndon. John was the first person who I spoke to. He is so kind and honest. He answered all my questions without thinking a second. He was so helpful while I was finalizing the materials for my bathroom. The crew (Walter and George) have turned my bathroom into a luxurious room fit for five star hotels. The shower walls stand out so well with the beautiful border tile. The estimates provided were very accurate and detailed. It was so affordable that I only ended up using a slight proportion of my extra savings. They weren't the cheapest option though. Another thing I want to point out is the way that the My Kitchen and Bath team thoroughly cleans the work area once they are done with the construction. I was thoroughly impressed by this. They wiped everything down after they complete the project. I am so glad that I hired this team for this project and I recommend everyone in the area can contract their services too.

After a horrible master bathroom remodeling experience with a different contractor we started this project with trepidation, but it was a VERY different experience. John Canay of MY Kitchen and Bath was knowledgeable and professional. He understood our budget and kept within it, offering multiple choices of materials without overwhelming us, and guided us and made helpful suggestions if we were unsure of our selections. The contract was simple and easy to understand. They obtained the necessary permits quickly (and have a great relationship with the Town of Herndon, unlike our previous contractor), were able to start our project within a couple of weeks of signing, and completed the project several days earlier than their written estimate. Demolition went smoothly, they cleaned up after themselves completely every night before leaving (the previous contractors left us living in a filthy construction zone for weeks), and were very careful not to mark walls or carpets while moving supplies up and down stairs. Abraham and his colleague were happy and pleasant workers whom I had no qualms about leaving in the house alone. John dropped by daily to check that the project was proceeding smoothly and to address any issues. He responded to our occasional phone calls and texts promptly. The quality of the work was top notch, and a few minor items on the punch list were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We wouldn't hesitate to hire MY Kitchen and Bath again.

We recently started the project of remodeling our 30 year old kitchen. After hearing kitchen remodeling horror stories from many people, we were not looking forward to this experience. We talked to several contractors, but from our first consultation with John Canay of My Kitchen & Bath it was obvious that he approached remodeling in a different way. After our second meeting we signed with John having no doubt our remodeling would be in good hands with him. John’s method is to work out every detail up front so that there are no surprises as the job progresses. He then schedules a crew and insures all materials are available before the start date. The crew he assigns is dedicated to that one project and is there every day until the job is done, which is why they can complete the work so quickly. He visited our house and listened to our ideas and then provided guidance to help us flesh out our kitchen design from lighting to cabinets to counter tops to floor. Our job is now complete and we have the kitchen of our dreams. That kitchen was finished 3 weeks from the morning the crew first arrived at our door to start tearing out the old cabinets. And the work is absolutely beautiful. The crew chief handling our job was a craftsman of the old school who took immense pride in getting his work perfect, every little detail. During the job he constantly consulted with us over any questions or choices that came up so that we ended up with the exact kitchen we wanted. It is a showcase kitchen we sit and admire every day. And it was done with no stress or hassle. Several of our neighbors and friends are now using My Kitchen & Bath after seeing our kitchen. The bottom line is that we cannot recommend My Kitchen & Bath highly enough. We feel they are simply the best.
