Overall, really pleased with Metro Renovator's service to our home. In addition to replacing the entire roof; our gutter system was replaced. Metro also re-installed our Leaf Guard system. The one issue that arose is when the roof was being replaced, the team accidently severed our internet cable. Once this problem was brought to the attention of the site manager's attention, he gave us a credit for the costs of having the Verizon service re-established.

I have had an excellent experience with Metro Renovators thus far. Raymond did an excellent job answering my many questions and staying in communication with me throughout the entire process. His great comnunication helped ease the stress that typically goes along with addressing house repair projects and renovations and the new roof looks great! I will report back about the durability and workmanship in the future after it makes it through a couple of seasons since my roofing job was just completed a couple of weeks ago. However, overall I am a satisfied custom er. Metro Renovators did a great job with the installation of my new roof and a great job with the clean up process as well. Based on my good experience I am planning on returning to Metro Renovators to complete additional renovation projects with my house. I highly recommend Raymond and his company Metro Renovators.

Raymond at Metro Renovator Group gave us a very reasonable estimate for replacing our asphalt shingle roof and a deteriorated fascia board and gutter. The project was delayed because our preferred shingle was out of stock at the manufacturer. Raymond kept us informed about our options for other shingles and shingle availability but we never felt pressured to enter a contract. He was accommodating and responsive to all our concerns and requests. The work was done efficiently and competently in a single day by his crew. We are very pleased with the result and would use them again.

I was impressed with the company from the initial presentation which Raymond had obviously prepared for. He came with printed information which answered many of my questions and was always generous with his time in answering and addressing any concerns I had. As this was the first time I have replaced a roof on my home, I had many questions . Raymond Lee was a dream to work through the process with, providing clear explanations in no pressure presentations. He was thoroughly professional and made extra efforts to secure the exact roof product that I would be happy with at a competitive price. I love my roof and would hire this company again if another project came up in their wheelhouse.

We had Raymond Lee and his crew from Metro Renovator replace our roof and gutters and install new siding and shutters on our home. His quote was an excellent price and straightforward, easy to understand as well as detailed. (We had quote from 4 companies). There were some delays on our part due to other work we wanted to do first, he was patient with us and honored his original quote even though we began work 8 months later. We had a couple of delays with ordering of materials because of Covid, but Raymond was always communicative and showed up on time. We feel the quality of work is excellent (another contractor commented as well) and highly recommend Metro Renovator and Raymond Lee for roofing and siding work.

Raymond went out of his way to make sure everything was done top notch. The crew completed the roof in one day. They returned for a few hours to perfect a couple of areas and pick up materials. We received multiple compliments on how nice our roof looks soon after the completion.
