I want to share my good news story of doing business with Metro Renovator Group after selecting them to repair hail and wind damage to my residence in northern Virginia under a claim with my homeowner's insurance provider. When I sought quotes from several prospective providers, it soon became an obvious choice for me to select Metro. From the beginning, I was impressed by their genuine interest in fulfilling my needs. My confidence was reinforced by Metro's attention to detail reflected in their proposal's scope and the quality and timeliness of their work, including cleanup, as promised. Metro accommodated all of the work I wanted done, and they handled the details (scope and cost) with my insurer. I received a full repair of the damage; moreover, Metro accomplished the work in a manner that resolved foundation drainage issues that had plagued the property ever since my home was built. They were great to work with, completed the job quickly and everything seemed to be installed properly. They even found some unforseen damage and did not charge to to fix it. We were very pleased with and would recommend this contractor.

Excellent work. Gave me a full plan of action at first meeting. Rates were consistent with insurance claim. Roof completed in one day. Left no debris behind. Roof looks beautiful.. I was worried old Roof would leak. Now I know it wont.

I was due for a new roof after 22 years. I put it off for a year. When I learned that a friend had a tree fall on her house, and that she too needed a new roof, I took action so as to help her out since she is no longer able to get into attic or onto her roof. We got 6 estimates for both houses, compared all the components (and people and prices), and ultimately we decided that RAYMOND and METRO offered the best cooperation and service. There were no pressures and great flexibility, and due consideration for all out concerns. EVERYTHING was a can-do attitude with no hard-sell, and both installations went without a hitch. RAYMOND and his staff were just incredible. They were all professionals at their work and clean-up. My friend and I both had one small challenge (each), and the foreman addressed both without "add on" charges. I highly recommend METRO RENOVATORS for your next roof! If you want to feel that "your brother" is doing your roof, Raymond is your guy!

From the moment Mr. Raymond Lee walked into my house, he was very professional, thorough, straight to the point, and answered all of my questions. This was my first time replacing a roof, and I learned a lot throughout this process; you pick what you want, and they do the rest. Several other companies provided me estimates and information, and Metro Renovator Group was the most competitive one in the Northern Virginia area for this particular project. This is the team you want to work with, no doubt. The timeline expectation was great, the quality of service and materials are also great, and the installation was quick. Raymond Lee, the owner, came out and looked at my roof that day with an estimate that was fair and reasonable with no pressure. I had a couple of other companies giving estimates along with high priced sales pitches which caused me a lot of stress and I ended up procrastinating on the project. I should have just gone with Metro from the start. Raymond was kind enough to reach out a few months later to check on me. He then came over again to meet with me and my family to discuss the project and answer all of our questions. He honored the original estimate with a slight increase in the cost of materials for the raw wood and I signed the contract. He and his team were able to complete the project in one day. They were extremely hardworking and professional. They arrived at first light, worked the entire day and cleaned up after themselves as the sun was setting. I am extremely pleased with my new roof. I had the gutters replaced through Metro as well which was also done promptly and professionally. Iâ m very grateful to Raymond and his company for all of their hard work in completing my roofing project in a courteous and timely manner. They get my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Metro Renovator. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Raymond was always on time, very organized and wonderful to work with. He kept in touch throughout the entire process and was always available to help and answer any questions. The crew really impressed me with their amazing work ethic and quality of work. Ray and MRG was excellent to work with. Ray explained all our options for roofing, was prompt and concise with communication, and checked on progress daily. The crew arrived promptly and worked hard leaving the job site tidy each evening. The final roof project looks great and Iâ  m glad I went with Rayâ  s recommendation for color. The only thing the crew could have taken more care with was covering shrubs with tarps. I would recommend MRG for any roofing and gutter project.
