Metro Renovator Groupâ s goodwill started with the presentation of the roofing process and work proposal. The work staff arrived on time and completed the job in one day. The area around the house was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend MRG to other homeowners needing a new roof.

Can't say enough about Raymond and Metro....truly a fantastic experience and a really great company. Exceptional work by the team, they definitely are professionals and detailed oriented. Everything about the whole experience, from the call to completion was absolutely painless. Raymond's communication with us throughout the whole process was quick and efficient, he gave us all of the information we needed, so there was no guesswork at all. We discovered a leak after a torrential downpour, the next day we researched companies, reading reviews, checking everything out and settled on 7 companies. Set up all 7 estimates, but Raymond/Metro actually came out on the same day, he wowed us with having everything already done, a complete presentation packet with an estimate (an a price we weren't expecting). He explained everything in detail, all of the new product types, warranties, and the process. We were ready to go with him out of the gate, but decided to keep our appointments (which we narrowed down to 5 and cancelled 2 who were over a week out). We interviewed the remaining 5 highly rated companies and they were all very good, but Raymond blew them away not only with his presentation and responsiveness, but with the PRICE too! Jackpot! Just to be clear, we compared every aspect, not just price -- it was all the same product and very similar warranties, but he still came in low, so we made our selection. Signed the contract and he kept us informed the entire process which was pretty zippy because we had a leak. The team showed up at 0730 and was done by 1600. Totally professional job, very clean, and the attention to detail by the crew was great. We saw them out there with chalk lines and everything was perfectly straight and clean, terrific job. They cleaned up nicely and it didn't even look like anyone was there, except for our great new roof! I would definitely say - SEARCH NO FURTHER - get Raymond out to your house to give you an estimate and rest assured, that you're getting a good price.

Timely and quality work

From my very first interaction with Raymond and Metro Renovators I felt comfortable. Raymond came completely prepared to our first meeting having utilized current technology to provide an accurate estimate. He didn t make suggestions on how to finagle more money out of our insurance company. His price was incredibly fair, the product they use is high quality. Raymond was patient in answering all of my questions and even came back out to the house to double check and confirm some of my questions. His crew was polite, efficient and thorough. They left absolutely NO evidence in the yard that we had a roof replaced. I highly recommended working with Raymond and the Metro Renovator Group!

Raymond was respectful and did not treat me as I were in the roofing business as long as he has. I had done a great deal of research and had narrowed my options to 3 choices and he was willing to work with me until I figured it out. It didn't hurt that MRG offered the best labor, material warranties and best price either. It is not always about the lowest bid, in this case it was an added bonus. Thank you Raymond and the rest of your crew - they were in and out quickly and I got a lot of pictures too.

From start to finish Metro renovators did a great job on replacing our roof. We were impressed how they measured the roof by a drone to saving our gutter-guards so we wouldn’t have to have them replaced. Excellent experience.

This was a small project to replace the roof on our portico. Their price was the same as another competitor, but I was happy with this Alex and this company. They only did the roof work, not any construction. They fit us in their schedule quickly, did the work, and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't have asked for more.

they were high tech with their estimates, and low price. took zero time from me to get estimate, and about 7 hours to complete the roof re-do of my single family home.

MRG reroofed our townhouse in July and did a great job. Their price wasn't the lowest, but it was not much more than the lowest. We made the deal on a Wednesday and had a new roof by the following Tuesday. All in all, we are very satisfied with our choice of roofers.

Beautiful and professionally installed roof until i went into the attic and found rotted plywood. so now I have a new roof overlaid on rotted plywood? . not acceptable.

Metro Renovators was very easy to work with. They communicated with us in every aspect of the project from estimate, to initial start to finish job. We felt valued as a customer. They were very responsive to elements we wanted addressed and completed them to our satisfaction. It's a very messy job, so afterwards they cleaned up all the debris and swept for nails. If we had another project that required their skills, we would hire them. Most importantly, we have a beautiful new roof that doesn't leak.

They also gave me very reasonable price within my budget. Because of this pleasant experience, I hired them again for my window replacement. Metro Renovator Group anticipated my questions and was well prepared and knowledgeable. During the project, they treated the work as if it was their home. I had some rafters over a breezeway replaced as well. The new installation presented problems with the soffit installation below. Raymond had already noticed the issue and was discussing solutions with his lead when I came out to address it. They resolved it at no additional cost. Work was scheduled on a day with a forecast for thunderstorms in early afternoon. I was concerned about having my house vulnerable to the weather due to the additional rafter work that would add time to the project. Metro arrived extra early with a large crew. My roof was protected prior to the time the storms were forecast, though the rain never materialized. Metro strives to provide a quality product and excellent customer service at a reasonable price. They succeeded on all three counts. I highly recommend them!

Metro Renovator did an excellent job with my roof. From getting the proposal to the delivery of the materials and install, the process was smooth and fast. I was well informed throughout the process and provided with plenty of photos before and after the repair.

Our experience with Metro Renovator was excellent. We were kept informed of order progress along the way. Once materials were delivered roof replacement started in 3 days. There was a 1 day delay due to weather, but we were notified well in advance. Hen gutter replacement was going to interfere with vacation, Metro was quick to reschedule to fit our needs. Pricing was very competitive.

This company is awesome! Their pricing was more than competitive, the crew was very professional and courteous, the project supervisor managed the roof and gutter installation and was frequently on-site reviewing the progress and work, the project was completed on time, and the crew appropriately cleaned up the property. I wish the company had a larger portfolio of work because I would hire them for everything! I highly recommend this company
