Description of Work: We have had this company apply bug spray throughout our house in the spring when the bugs get dramatically worse each year. They were very polite and seemed to be thorough. The best part is the warranty that allows you to call them back within 30 days for another spraying if you are still seeing bugs. The employee told us straight out that we should plan on getting that done before time expires and it was very helpful because we did keep seeing bugs after that first visit and I might have missed the deadline if he hadn't warned us about it. The only issue was that the first employee also told us he saw evidence of termites on our deck and quoted us a large amount to remediate. Fortunately, we held off to get a second opinion, because the employee who came for the follow up said that was not termites but just some spots of wood rot. So I was happy with the bug service and happy with the honesty of the second guy, but I question the training of the employees a bit.

I believe it went fine.
Description of Work: Honestly, I don't remember the work they did. I just know that I don't have any pests anymore. That being said, when summer comes around they may come back. I purchased a deal off of Angie's List so I'm sure the price was good. I seem to recall they got me in quickly, so I gave an "A" for responsiveness. Other than that I just gave a B for everything because I don't remember it!

Description of Work: When we bought our house these folks were referred to us by our realtor and some neighbors as a good service to get rid of some carpenter ants. I then signed up for the quarterly service and they are great. They call to remind you of the service and live up to their promise. After they spray, if you feel you need it they will come back and spray again within that quarter (3 month window) for no charge. Great responsive service and I have been using them for over a year now w/ no issues.

There was nothing, particularly I disliked. He is pretty good and amiable. I might consider getting a quote from them in the future.

They do a great job. They are wonderful people. We have very few bugs. When we have pest they come and take care of them. Once they made an emergency visit for a snake incident. They caught it and took it away.

They do their job. They come in and when they have an experienced tech that is in here and doing the job it is usually fine. We have had a few times over a long period of time where a newer tech has come out and not done the best job. In general we are pleased with the service.

Bobby is great; him and his team have been so accommodating with their schedule since the twins were born. He is very consciousness of the fact we have children in the home and a pet; while keeping the pests out. He is very knowledgable and would make recommendation when necessary to prevent pest from nesting in and around your home. I have had a quarterly service with them for over 5 years and been pest free. Recently, we moved and they handled the termite inspection for both houses with detailed reports. They also corrected/ remediated the problems within 48 hours. When buying and selling a home, time is of the essence and they delivered. They had no problem using the realtor’s key code to keep the process moving. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

The technician was young, but professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and provide lots of information. We decided to sign up for a monthly monitoring plan after the initial treatment. One big plus is that you can cancel the monthly plan at any time; there is no long-term commitment.
Description of Work: They placed bait in various stations in and around the house, to control a problem with mice.

Steven arrived and we explained the problem we were having with large black ants inside. He did a visual inspection both inside and out and was very knowledgeable about carpenter ants. He was very polite and spent a good amount of time educating us about ants and their habits. He sprayed both inside and out with a product that is safe for animals. (I own two dogs.) He will be returning to further treat an inside area that may contain a nest. Steven was very professional, personable and did a great job explaining everything he did. Would definitely use again.

Hughes calls every three months to set up a time to spray inside and outside the house. They are always on time and very friendly. They will even come out in between service if needed, but I have never needed them. I would recommend them; preventive measures always pays off.
