They are very professional and resposinve. They will come to the house to do work as well which is nice. The are very resonable and I highly recommend.

They were fine. The tech rep who came out was very knowledgeable and we were very satisfied.

I have nothing but good things to say about them! I found out about them about five years ago when they were just getting started out. The gentleman, Igor, came to my house and was very fair in terms of price. He helped me open and start up a new website for my business. I am not very computer-savvy, and he was very basic in terms of approaching me on my level and helping me to understand. He had the patience and was very helpful to me. He really took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. I am in the process of revamping the site again, and so I will probably be calling him back.

They did a nice job. They were timely, professional, and economical.

Did an analysis and told me the issues. It took longer than I expected, but they kept me informed and within price previously discussed.

I had installed a power supply in my wife's desktop and could not get it to powerup. I took it to Friendly Computers and they found the problem and charged me only half the usual rate which saved me frustration, possiblly buying a second new power supply and lots more down time.

They come to your home and they do very good work. They are easy people to work with.

It was a positive experience. They are honest and they did what they sad they were going to do. They know what they can do and what they can’t do. They are pretty efficient in terms of dollars and quality of their work.

I felt like it was a rip off. I had to pay $100 for them to play with the computer for a half hour consultation. I would not recommend them. I ended up taking it somewhere else and had them do it.

It was fine; they did what was advertised.

It was awful. My business is on my computer and they managed to somehow remove crucial data on the computer. They had to then piece it together and they ended up having the computer a lot longer than expected. I did appreciate how they worked with me and piecing back together what they lost, but it should not of happened in the first place. I would never use them again.

It worked out well. I thought they were quite responsive. We spoke on the phone first so they got an idea of what I was looking to get fixed so when the technician came out we weren’t starting from scratch.

Brian, the technician that has come out, is excellent. It’s a national franchise and they are just a really good local resource for us here. If you live in the Herndon, Reston area, they are worth knowing about.

They fixed the computer and I have no complaints.

They are really easy to talk to, because I am not a computer person and they talk in English and not only in computer language, so that makes a big difference to me. They know what they are talking about and when my previous lap top had crashed last year, they were able to recover all the data and they put the recovered data back, but I ended going without a computer for nearly over 24 hours. I rate them highly and I will continue to use them in the future.

A very pleasant and successful experience.

Called them after being told one place that the minimum was $200. was told their minimum was one hour's cost, less in shop than in home. Brought the laptop in late afternoon, was asked pertinent questions about the problem. Picked up next day was given an explanation of the problem, the solution, and how to avoid in the future. All staff were very helpful and pleasant.
