Description of Work: Had them come out to replace a kitchen faucet a couple months ago - timely, quick, clean and fast. Called them recently to replace an outside faucet that froze over the winter. Same quality service. Came back the next day to tighten it to stop a drip, no problem. I'd certainly use them again!

Description of Work: They replaced a soil pipe and installed a stationairy tub in the basement. They had to dig out some of the basement floor to get the piping in there. My husband was very happy with the tub.

+ 0 moreThe workman were not courteous, and they did not do good work. The owner had to come back to redo the exhaust to the chimney. More importantly, because of the poor installation, the water heater was leaking gas. I had to get the gas company out to find the problem.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the guest bath and they cut two holes in the wall and one in the floor and sub floor trying to find it and all they had to do was follow the pipe from the basement. Got the leak fixed.

+ -1 moreI was suddenly unable to use my sink or dishwasher because the disposal had a steady leak whenever I used water in the kitchen sink. It was the afternoon before Thanksgiving. I called and was told my options. There was a good selection of prices for the disposals. They did not have the one I wanted in stock but told me they could get it and come to my house about 3 hours later to install it. They said they would call about 20 minutes before arriving. I got the call exactly when they said I would and the repairman was on time. He fixed the disposal in about a half hour. He cleaned up everything and took time to explain the warranty.
Description of Work: Replaced our garbage disposal.

+ -1 moreThe plumbers were a little slow coming out as I had to call them a couple times. Once they arrived though, they did a great job and only took about 2 hours. They cleaned everything up and did a good job running the pipes. I had completely installed the bathroom myself and only needed them to run the copper piping.
Description of Work: Herndon Plumbing ran copper piping for an 8' x 7' bathroom I put in. They also ran new piping to accommodate the shower I installed.
