Description of Work: We purchased a gas log set and remote control from aspen green works. They had a market price and had the model we wanted in stock. They installed the logs in only a couple of days and it was Thanksgiving week too! The install was neat and complete with no problems whatsoever. The staff were all professional and very customer service related. We checked several other stores but decided to go with aspen. We are glad we did and we will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I had an old log set removed and replaced with a new, better functioning log set. Chuck is a marvel. He is an expert in gas works and quickly had the job finished in record time. Even though their schedule was overwhelming - they made time to fit me in and i am most grateful to have a wonderful functioning gas fireplace in my cold rec room.
