Description of Work: We hired them for biweekly house cleaning.

Description of Work: Last dusting was very poor. Baseboards, dresser, bathtub in master bath was not clean. Outside of toilet down to base was not adequately cleaned especially the back of base. Handicap bars in master bathroom and board upon they were mounted needed to be dusted. All baseboards needed dusting. |Two stormdoors, were not cleaned. Floor in laundry room did not appear to be very clean. Window sills were not equally dusted throughout.

Description of Work: We used the Cleaning Authority for several years and we were very happy with them. We only discontinued using them because we were renovating the house and it didn't make sense to have a cleaning service during the renovation.

Description of Work: I've been using this company for 7 years. They get in and out quickly, and do the job better than I could do myself. It is general cleaning, not heavy-duty. The company has a good method for cleaning rotations, and it keeps the dust and dirt down.

Description of Work: Cleaned entire house. Detailed bathroom and kitchen areas the first cleaning. Detailed great room and living areas the second cleaning. Both cleaning sessions, however, the entire house was cleaned. The team is very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: I used them since June until the end of September. They came twice a month and were on time only once, they never pick the phone up. When I had problems with scheduling, all he did was apologize and say "he was having a personnel problem, and they were very busy." Once they got here though the cleaning was excellent, it was just a big issue with getting them here on time. The staff that comes out is great but the owners and management aren't.

Description of Work: We have used this service for about four years. I have the cleaners come every four weeks and pay $167. Many of my friends pay less, but my husband insisted we go with a company whose cleaners are bonded. For almost the first two years, we had the same cleaners most every week. We knew them by name, and they were very thorough. Once the first woman left, we began going through different cleaners. I don't know them by name anymore. For the past twelve months they have been arriving later and later often still cleaning after 5 pm. The clean is usually good, and my experience is that they are honest. They will let me know if something gets broken or if the dishwasher is turned on accidentally. They usually clean well. On the rare times I have taken the time to call about something not done, the company always offers to send a cleaner out to correct the problem though I always decline this. |

Description of Work: I use The Cleaning Authority for housecleaning. They do general cleaning for me every two weeks, and I can have them as frequently as I want. Every other week that they come, they do some detailed work in rotating areas. It is like dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. It is a whole house basic cleaning.

Description of Work: The 2-woman crew was on the premises for 2 hours, and cleaned 3 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, dining room and living room and hallway, including 3 carpeted rooms and 3 rooms with wood floors. They were very efficient and thorough, and were very careful not to damage anything in our home. The only negative aspect was that we were told that the crew would be here "between 11 and 1 o'clock." At 1:30, we had to call the office to find out if they were coming or not. I thought the apology given my the manager (on the phone) was a little less than adequate: I thought that she should have expressed a much stronger apology, given the fact that an initial appointment was in effect, a "tryout" for their service. They actually got here at about 1:40, which I thought was quite late, compared to the estimate we were given.

Description of Work: They cleaned an empty house, readying it for the closing in a day or so. There was almost no furniture to dust. Only had to clean 2 baths, and the kitchen well and they were therefore able and willing to clean the inside of the emptied refrig which is not something they would normally do. Cleaned all the baseboards, blinds, and vacuumed. They didn't even need the whole time alloted. Only downside was they reported to me that they would be there at 8:15. By 9:00 I had to call. There was some problem with some of the employees having been in an accident and the managers had to rearrange schedules and apparently overlooked calling all those impacted by the changes. I was flexible but it did cause a little consternation until I confirmed that they were still coming. They actually didn't make it there until 10:40.

Description of Work: I have had other cleaning services in the past; but The Cleaning Authority out cleans them all! They are professional and well organized. The team they sent for the initial clean was fantastic! My house is clean, and saves me time and energy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaning service.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the punctuality and the quality of the work done in my house! So far they have done everything they said they would. I like the fact that they do an intense cleaning which is broken down into two visits and then it will be maintaintained in the future. The first two visits are priced at a higher rate because of the work and time involved, which was fine with me. I do have a large house. The work they did on the first week was amazing! I saw one of the girls in the bathroom in the tub scrubbing the tiles. Needless to say I have never seen that before so I was very impressed. I gave my friend the name of the company and she was equally impressed and excited. Absolutely awesome!!!!!!!

Description of Work: We have been using the Cleaning Authority since 1/11 to clean our house. They were very spotty on dusting and cleaning the floors. Their last visit none of the floors in the bathrooms had been cleaned. After many requsts the girls still did not dust the hearths on the four fireplaces. We wasted so much time waiting for the cleaners to show up. When I called to cancel the service and why, I got a no response.

Description of Work: Same two cleaners have come every two weeks since September; occasionally bringing a third (trainee?). First time, they vacuumed and folded up the rag of a blanket that was in the box lid our cat likes to sleep in. Nice touch! They come in, put on the disposable shoe covers I leave out, dump the cleaning supplies on the kitchen floor inside the door, and waste no time getting started. I asked to replace their floor cleaner with Bona, and as long as I leave it out, they use it-no complaints. It's a rotation system for general and deep clean: always general, one in four is "deep." They always leave a form letter detailing what they cleaned this time and what will be done as a deep clean next time (helpful when tidying up the night before).

Description of Work: The ladies performed a move out cleaning on an 1800 sq foot row house in Church Hill. They performed a white glove service and exceeded my expectations. They were punctual and performed professional quality services. I was not disappointed. I would not consider any other company. Definitely worth the expense.
