The Cleaning Authority - Richmond

Description of Work: I have used the Cleaning Authority for two years. Generally I have the same "team" who cleans, but substitute teams have done an outstanding job also. I love the 4 area rotational system they have devised, so all areas are cleaned (I have them every other week) but every 4th week one area gets an in-depth cleaning. Personable people with a very professional, responseive approach.

Description of Work: We use them for bi-weekly cleaning. They do an ok job. We will continue to use them.

Description of Work: Broke one item, chipped wall paint, would not put things back in place such as desk chair in middle of the floor, rugs not replace in correct spots. Little things but aggravating.

Description of Work: The Cleaning Authority sends a team of 2-3 people for each cleaning. They clean my whole house (2800 sq ft) in about 2.5 hours. The quality of the clean is very good most of the time with it being exceptional sometimes and average others (depends on the team). I like that they have their own inspector who shows up randomly and frequently to catch training opportunities as I'm not a fan of pointing out what's not done. I wish that the cleaning teams were more stable, but do understand that cleaning homes is typically not a life long profession and many employees have their sites on other things and using this as a way to make $$ in the meantime. I've always felt safe and at ease with every single team that has come through.

Description of Work: I had purchased $75 coupon for 2 hrs of cleaning. This is apparently half-price since that same service is supposed to be $150. If I had paid $150, I would have been seriously disappointed. I only requested our heavily used rooms and bathroom be cleaned. The ladies did not have time to mop the floors (which I was really looking forward to that being done) and I do realize that in 2 hrs there is a limited amount that can be completed, I did make a point to change linens and do other things in an effort to allow time for them to help with the tasks I most wanted help with. The ladies were very nice. The company does not call the day before or day of to confirm appts and they do not call to tell you when they will arrive or if they are running late. They do have an arrival window, but I have used companies that call you and update you on their expected arrival and appt confirmation. Overall it was an okay experience, but not something I would do again with this company.

Description of Work: Did about 75% of the house in the allotted time via an Angie's big dea. They did a good job and was very thorough. I would use them again and feel their regular price is reasonable.

Description of Work: WOW!! Everything they advertise and more! Professional appearance, and very thorough. The house was sparkling. I will have this company every other week! They do it and do it right!

Description of Work: They performed an in depth cleaning on our two story house that contains two teenage boys, two cats, two dogs and two adults.
